    @reliancejio @JioCare waiting in queue since last 1 hour at Opera House, Charni Road, Mumbai Jio Gallery. The staffs aren’t bothered for customer service. 1 of them is just sitting and talking on phone and not attending any customer and 1 is sleeping.

    @JioCare Jio fiber down from morning 11am yet not started , in exam time, online exam, suffering huge loss by depending on jio fiber. Also need to buy extra data plan on jio mobile by seeing exam time. It is really upset students. Trust was broken

    @reliancejio To jio care Topic - Network problem I am a user of jio network, my problem is even after the phone is on, even after the network is full, the phone says switch off and there is another number in it which is from airtel, it calls immediately but on jio number it says

    @reliancejio @JioCare Serious Past 6 months Serious Network issues of Jio Mobile at Breach Candy Hospital. NO NETWORK in most areas. Lot of inconvenience to Doctors and patients.

    @JioCare My professional work is getting hampered coz of u guys since the internet is off. Every 2nd day I have this issue. No technical support is provided and this is utter negligence from ur side. Will sue u guys, if by 2morrow my internet doesn't work. Nd pls waive my bill.

    @JioCare Have had enough of DMS and exchanges. If you really bother to know experience, share email id of a responsible manager who will care to understand despite having lost me as a customer and waiting for refund.

    @JioCare many times I have done complain about data is not working properly 9923359786 but till now no resolution if any 1 is seeing this msg I suggest u not to buy jio sim I m suffering data problem u will also suffer they have only 1 statement many user r using at a same time

    @JioCare As per regulation, Termination / closure of service must be done ≤ 7 days. I gave this request on 18th so you have already delayed the timeline by 1 day.Let me know how do you want to take it ahead. Report to @TRAI or send a legal notice?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I hv been requesting discontinuation & refund of my jio account but it has been highly frustrating to deal with u. Yr network is poor & your services r poorer than that. If after this tweet, my issue gets resolved, I would be obliged to u!
