    @JioCare @reliancejio #jiofiber #Jamshedpur #Baikunthnagar I lhave an existing JIO Fiber connection for past 1 year which stopped working from 12th May 2021. JIO asked to reapply for new connection because of unknown issue. No resolution till now. Requested for new connection.

    @JioCare Till now the problem is not solved. What a worst service you provide to the customer you proved it today. Jio only knows how to take money from the customers, they do not know how to provide services to customer.

    Due to lockdown-2 in Maharashtra I had to come back to my hometown Kothari, Chandrapur,Maharashtra.The biggest problem is of internet. As soon as electricity is down the network is down and they talk about 4G .I get speed in KBs. I guess now it's time to switch from @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic network, doesn’t want to solve customer complaints at all. Support is just for wasting time. Apart from solving the actual issue they will do everything to waste time. Even google takes ages to load with jio internet

    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio @airtelindia Voda Idea are cheating customers by charging on Toll Free Services. Moreover not willing to resolve the issue. Today is 3rd day & VI are still finding the reasons. VI is cheating its custsomers & misguiding the customers. DOT Sleeping.

    @JioCare How many times will I get thissame reply? Everyday there is a new scheduled appointment and still no engineer visits if you can't fulfill in 10 days what you promised to do in 3 days then please issue a refund. All my work is stuck due to no wi-fi.
