    @reliancejio Dear Sir, the network and data in our area is not working properly for the last 3 to 4 months due to which many people of our sehar are worried ambani sir please fix it Otherwise sir we will have to port to other network provider 7007194196

    @JioCare sorry to ping here . These days it is really hard to contact through phone. So the concern is, I have a portable jio m2s hotspot device . Since I was away I had to use it and I recharged it for work related tasks. Yesterday it worked smoothly. Today I am not able to open Salesforce, Slack, Zoom or any productivity tool. But google and youtube are running like fire . What could be the issue . Can you pls help? This is urgent.
