  @JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

  @reliancejio @JioCare my request SR00001CY76O is not getting resolved at all. The engineers are saying they need to install a new hub as the previous hub had 8 connection capacity and they removed mine to give in to a newer connection. It's been 4 days. Pls help the engineers out

  @JioCare Don’t take any connection of jiofiber ever if you want to use landline they never give service for landline mine dead from one week and no service internet also is pathetic have to restart modem many times a day getting slow browsing speed and download airtel is better

  @JioCare internet is not working in my location since last 2 days. I have complaint for this issue many time but nothing happened for the improvement. You are just fooling your customer that's why your customers are shifting to airtel
