    @JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

    Very bad experience of jio fiber broadband Lucknow applied for broadband connection on 14th january also done advance payment of 6 months same day. They said to install same day but know it is 17 january. They themselve don't when they are going to make it happen. @reliancejio.

    Hi @JioCare my phone was switched on during flight and I got a message from Aeromobile that my services are barred. After coming off flight I still get no signal and am now stranded unable to book a taxi. Please help

    @JioCare I paid my postpaid fiber bill but I want to understand why am I unable to see the payment made receipt. I need the receipt of the payment made which is not available on the app. Else will be forced to terminate the connection

    @JioCare Do you understand or not? There’s no data network not any mobile network. You’re just bothered with address but not answering what needs to be done. I’ve sheet shared one such location that breach Candy hospital but you’ve done nothing since 5yrs now. @TRAI @DoT_India
