    @JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

    @JioCare Unable to use internet India's worst network company is JIO We all are sufring from this Why don't you stop this telecom sector and sell Aalu, Tamatar If you can't provide services you should shutdown this company.

    @JioCare Hi. I am jio gigafiber subscriber. I paid initially for 6 months connection and I got one month extra referral coupon. Which i redeemed. But after 6 months completion I am still paying monthly bills and that one extra month never shows in my account

    @reliancejio Its the 2nd time I am not getting internet connection and unable to raise a service request (over hotspot) since they don't provide a link for service request in the user self care page. And creating service request without logging can be done only for specific users

    @JioCare I know what update I will get, jio reschedule engineer visit time to my house almost 5times, Jio reschedule 3 times already from todays morning later I m going to receive sms that your request has been addressed, if you still not satisfied please call customer care. Like everyday
