  @JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

  (1/n) I ordered using the Reliance Jiomart app today. After the amount was debited from my account, the app said- "payment failed". I called customer support. Without accounting for the waste of time and inconvenience, he said the amount will be refunded in a week @reliancejio

  @JioCare I'm trying many times in my jio app, but there's nothing use, many times calls are dropped and not reachable to network. My villagers facing problem from many months.

  @JioCare Its too late even to think of it karuna. I now dont care even if u really care of what a customer has gone through. Justice delayed is Justice denied. I really dont see future in Jio.

  Hey @reliancejio after making recharge my internet is not working properly... Still 5.75 gb is remaining out of 6gb.. please resolve it
