    @JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

    @JioCare Unable to use internet India's worst network company is JIO We all are sufring from this Why don't you stop this telecom sector and sell Aalu, Tamatar If you can't provide services you should shutdown this company.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have complaint so many time regarding worst internet speed in my area but you just simply close ticket without any resolution. I have been using Airtel since 12 years but now porting out to @reliancejio . I would just say prioritize your customer.

    @JioCare Hello , despite multiple assurances order number- NO0000MIDWC7 , Why the engineer is not coming for installation.Everyday you keep rescheduling . If you don't want to do the installation then please refund my money . Pathetic service by jiofiber.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I need help i have got a bill from jio fiber postpaid plan which started on 5aug 2022 but the bill is not being shown also the amount is very big then the stipulated one. I tried to view bill but then it shows you don't have bill and still outstanding. Help

    @followrahul_ray @JioCare @JioCare you people should extend his bill date . It was your fault that the fiber was not working. Kindly grant him extended bill date . Otherwise we will switch over to Airtel .fiber . Which is 100 times better than jio

    @reliancejio I bought iPhone 13 on 3 July 22 from Reliance Digital store Jaipur which had manufacturing defect but Apple company and Reliance company did not solve my problem. Reliance and Apple both have very poor service of the company.

    @reliancejio I applied for a new JIO Fiber connection on 8/Aug/22 and paid money. Got my new ID, login etc.. but JIO folks never come for laying fiber cable at home. It's 4 days and still waiting. Airtel and ACT are waiting at my door step to give connection instantly. #jiofails
