  @JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

  @jiocare Very inconsistent network which is giving speed of 0 to 200 kbps, alternating every other minute from 0 to 5 to 10 to 60 to 200 and then back to 5 and so on. One arrow is there at a time. Lte to lte plus to 5g switching every other second. Is this your service? @TRAI

  @ashuvemulapalli I faced an issue with @reliancejio +91-4035048820 | Postpaid @JIOAIRFIBERIN Plus internet connection. I paid an amount of ₹800. However, my problem still remains unresolved. Despite raising multiple complaints, the Jio staff in Ramanthapur did not respond.

  @JioCare That is not the my raised issue; my concern is that when the service engineer was supposed to resolve my problem today (09.08.26), why was it postponed to tomorrow without my consent ? Why was I forced to endure another 24 hours of distress ?

  @JioCare Ok, so you mean that if I make an upfront payment of ₹10,000.00 for the JIO Freedom Plan offer which offers 100Mbps speed under 15 months contract, later down the months, I mean within these 15 months lock-in period if I decide to re-locate to a new location or city where JIO is
