    @JioCare Unable to use internet India's worst network company is JIO We all are sufring from this Why don't you stop this telecom sector and sell Aalu, Tamatar If you can't provide services you should shutdown this company.

    @JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

    @JioCare As per your schedule Im waiting for the installation for last 1 and half hour and no one is even picking the call thats are your services. Please reply a serious solution if possible otherwise i have ti request for refund🙏🏻🙏🏻

    @JioCare How come it got resolved ,if we are still facing the same issue,and without any confirmation of resolution from the customer ,how you resolved the SR? Kindly reopen the SR and take confirmation from customer once issue got resolved from your side @TRAI can you please help

    @JioCare Internet down on a weekday is just a massive disaster. Plus tried calling more than 5 times, no one answering toll free number. Just a stupid message “We can’t attend to you call at the moment!” Need to URGENTLY fix this! Entire society has no internet!

    @JioCare Absolutely pathetic service…. Repeatedly calling customer service, no response. Everytime they say we will schedule the visit but feels like all their engineers are sitting in Himalayas or something.
