Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

Rkbhai (@RkbhaiCODM) reportedMy internet has been really bad with the 3-month plan from @JioCare. I can’t even load my posts or scroll through X properly. It’s frustrating to experience this even after paying over ₹600. The service has been very disappointing. Please fix this soon, @JioCare, or I’ll seriously consider switching to Airtel once my current plan expires. To make things worse, the MyJio app doesn’t even provide a proper way to connect with a customer support agent and explain internet issues. I registered a complaint a few days ago, but it now shows as “resolved” even though nothing has been fixed 🤦

Jatin (@nofearjatin) reported@JioCare Again appointments are scheduled and getting canceled on its own. Nobody is calling, nothing is happening. Jio has engaged bots as customer support who are themselves clueless. Despite complaining so much nothing is moving ahead. No refunds also.
