  @JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

  @JioCare Unable to use internet India's worst network company is JIO We all are sufring from this Why don't you stop this telecom sector and sell Aalu, Tamatar If you can't provide services you should shutdown this company.

  @JioCare sorry to say your service is pathetic. I'm trying to resolve a sim issue for my cousin since a month now. There is no clear answer or accountability. Customer care point towards back office care and vice versa. No escalation done with the senior management. #Jio

  @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber internet services down since yesterday & the Co. only flashes message "will be restored at 10.52 pm" & repeats it every 6/8 hrs with time change but retaining the "0.52" in the end. Wow what hi-tech but no resolution or response!!!

  @JioCare I used this network for jio set of box ,OTT, home mobiles, office work. All are totally out due to this. After so many conversation still your side confirm sheduled date can't confirmed , but my main concern why are you not telling truth behind the delay.need sheduled or quit
