@JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

@JioCare Unable to use internet India's worst network company is JIO We all are sufring from this Why don't you stop this telecom sector and sell Aalu, Tamatar If you can't provide services you should shutdown this company.

Jio fiber is worst,i advise not to opt for jio fiber services as they are having very incapable technicians & unable to solve a single STB issue from last 15 days & in meanwhile they have closed my ticket 12 times without fixing the issue. FYI-SR00001J8HR7 @JioCare @reliancejio

@Ravisutanjani @zapatta091 And he also keeps tweaking mobile rules as he likes. Do you know they close the account of Jio prepaid if you have not charged it say for 2months. I faced this music recently. Customer Care says take a new number and re-charge it regularly. @JioCare

@JioCinema @JioCare Disgusting customer service. Worst streaming platform. Raised a complaint 3 weeks back and still the issue is not resolved. No one is responding. It's better to wait in hotstar for a paid subscription rather than watching for free in @JioCinema

Hi @JioCare @JioFiberVoice, I have installed jio fibre but while installing they charged me 1970.82 despite of 1500. While asking the representative told me that the next month will be free for you. But right now I'm not able to use net service. Jio fixed voice:- +913335712928

@JioCare Extremely pathetic network coverage at Adaspur, Cuttack. Voice breaks in call. Internet is extremely slow.
