Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

When the problem is unresolved, they put IVR system in the front. When you are tired of trying everything, then these jokers attend to it.

The service has become severely poor and the issue I have been facing for multiple days regarding wifi connectivity is still unresolved. Very disappointed.
