Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

I paid the full amount, but the installation was not completed and my request was cancelled without any proper resolution. This has been a very disappointing experience. @airtel's service are far better than Jio's.

Either your representatives are giving false assurances to secure good ratings, or they aren’t properly trained on your policies. Both are unacceptable. I request @JioCare to investigate this
