    @JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

    @JioCare Unable to use internet India's worst network company is JIO We all are sufring from this Why don't you stop this telecom sector and sell Aalu, Tamatar If you can't provide services you should shutdown this company.

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare How many times should I call a customer care for the same complaint at every call the same reply received i.e. please wait for 24 hours Does 24 hours mean 20 days or more as per jio? I have made 6 calls in the last 20 days but the problem isn't solved

    @JioCare @reliancegroup @_MukeshAmbani This shows serious coordination failure and harassment despite cancellation. If refund is not processed immediately and installation not stopped, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and escalate legally.

    @JioCare Customer care keeps giving the same scripted response that “a technician will come soon.” I even received a false email claiming they tried calling me, which never happened. Why take payment and confirm orders if you cannot complete installation on time? Order ID: NO0001BYOFUM

    @ViCustomerCare is the worst! After years & years of being a loyal customer they will still treat you horribly. @JioCare I would like to port to Jio along with all my family members numbers Can you pls share the procedure. I recommend anyone who is using VI must switch to some other network!
