Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

Nithish (@Nithishpk5) reported@JioCare I’m on a 30 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but getting only 5–14 Mbps in the morning, 2–10 Mbps in the afternoon, and just 500 Kbps–4 Mbps from 6 PM–10 PM. The issue is worst during peak hours. Please fix this network issue ASAP.

The appointment keeps getting rescheduled, no engineer has contacted me, and despite 10+ calls to customer care, I haven't received any update. I have a job and can't keep chasing support every hour.
