    @JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

    @JioCare Unable to use internet India's worst network company is JIO We all are sufring from this Why don't you stop this telecom sector and sell Aalu, Tamatar If you can't provide services you should shutdown this company.

    @JioCare @reliancejio contacted helpdesk but disappointed for no resolution. Below issues a. Disconnection of old number; b. Need new Jio sim It's a humble request and hopeful of required solution.

    I recharged with 199 plan where i get daily 1.50 gb data pack but whenever i get text from jio that i have used 50 % of data they slow down the speed of the data ...may i know why if i still have 50 % data why the speed is affected @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I have applied for Jio Fiber connection yesterday, done all the formalities and payment. Sales person told connection will be installed by yesterday i.e. 22/05/2021 evening but installation person hasn't came yet neither sales person responding our call. Please help.

    Jio needs to work on the remote it gives with the jio fiber set top box....our remote is not working within 3 months from the installation...and it second time I am experiencing this....@jiofiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare It's been 2 weeks, Internet and data service both have been impacted very much. Wl wait for a week of time, if you fail in improving then will have to switch to other network for sure. I have 12-15 jio connections in my family, now it's you call.
