  @JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

  Jio network repeatedly going down every 1-2 hours in Ghatboral (585418) tq Humnabad , Bidar Whenever there is a power cut, the tower loses service completely. no proper electricity backup/supply at the tower This is affecting all Jio users here. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare If I contact ur customer support via chat, why tf do u yall use ai or bots ??? Why can’t I sync my subscription. And when I @hotstar_helps contact u guys, u js lead me to Jio customer care like wtffff
