@JioCare Unable to use internet India's worst network company is JIO We all are sufring from this Why don't you stop this telecom sector and sell Aalu, Tamatar If you can't provide services you should shutdown this company.

@JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

@JioCare Yes , please get it shorted in short ETA manners , it you are following Twitter chat , it has been 4 months since I'm chasing , however I'm chasing from Last 1 year offline by calling Jio/sending emails etc. May I know is there any SLa define in your service scope ?

@JioCare please help me with my refund of jio fiber connection. I opted for the trial plan but due to poor services i surrendered the connection within one month still i have only recieved 1500 as refund but i have paid 2500 as security. Please help me to get my complete refund

@JioCare after ur so called jhola chaap engineers visited..they have been given targets to cross sell...so i booked another connection n in tht also they fooled me by saying that the amount of 2500 is refundable..jio is just paying no heed to customer complaints
