    @JioCare I am from mahrauni distt. Lalitpur in my town your jio connectivity or network is very poor , we can't use internet at any place or we lost signal any time for an hour or a day, if we complain at your jio centre they tell. Us that server fault or company can't provide.

    @JioCare Unable to use internet India's worst network company is JIO We all are sufring from this Why don't you stop this telecom sector and sell Aalu, Tamatar If you can't provide services you should shutdown this company.

    @reliancejio @TRAI Worst costumer service ever. No value of customer. No resolution of any query. I have been raised a request for long time every time supporting people denied for providing a solution. I talk more than 30 agents every time I need to explain my concern.

    Is there someone who is able to contact @JioCare @fiber_jio ? I am just stuck with this worthless Jio Fiber. Paid for 100mbps and getting 50kbps. 75% of the time it says, No signal. How to get my Rs. 2500 Refund from Jio? I am no more ready to pay 824 rupees monthly. #JioFails

    @JioCare is this some joke going on? I've been trying to get my wifi fixed for last 3 days & u guys don't give a damn! What a pathetic service! I want my connection to be discontinued at the earliest bcos I cant put up with all the bullshit your cust care is giving me anymore!!😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio too much disturbance in phone calls,4G internet is working like 2G. Made many complaints from last four months but you service is as pathetic as your network connection.

    @reliancejio the worst network experience I have been facing now....have multiple connections in our family if you can't rectify the problem then will port in bulk quantity.....I am happy that I have @ViCustomerCare & downloading speed is very fast as compared to #jio...@TRAI

    @JioCare I am transferring my number to @airtelindia , next Month this month is your last time jio. Totally 3rd class service, no speed in 4G.
