    @JioCare @reliancejio : After so many escalation received same reply from last 3 years by network team, My location is not adequately covered by network. This is rare as we have very few area pockets not covered. Nevertheless, I have made a note of your request .

    @JioCare This is not a temporary issue i am facing this issue long time and your no one is providing the solution if you want that to not continue with service can tell us. Your reason is that in our area many user are thier that's why am facing issue. You should have to improve our ntwk

    @reliancejio I want to relocate my jio fiber to a new location and no one is visiting me. I have to register complain everyday because no service engineer is visiting me.This is customer harassment. So tell me if relocation is possible or otherwise I will apply for a new service provider.
