    @JioCare I have a JioFi connection, my Data got over so I recharged Data Booster from My Jio App, it’s showing as upcoming pack. It’s not activating in current pack. I tried it again same issue. So 2 packs are in my upcoming packs. Kindly activate the packs to utilise it now.

    @JioCare Worst experience.Called customer care from TS and the agent literally hung up on me despite me requesting for help and not holding the call while I take corrective action to resolve my issue.

    @JioCare Claimed to give best of services but just after paying for the connection charges on 7th June 2022, the installation is pending - 10th june 2022.... Only lame reasons given for the delay... the service agent does not even respond to calls....

    @JioCare Since last two days Two enginner stationed at Guwahati Mr Rinku Rajbongshi and Mr Ajay Nath called me and informed that they have assigned for installation of STB at my residence but ultimately didn't turned up Poor customer service...@JioCare please take necessary action
