    If @JioCare is charging me monthly for an internet connection, I should be compensated for the down time as I'm not able to access internet. Despite countless calls and wastage of my time, I have not been provided with an escalation matrix for resolution.

    @JioCare Didn't got any positive response yet. This issue should have been resolved by 2nd April but this is still pending.

    @JioCare tired of your fiber net, since yesterday it's not working made complain but still no person came to solve problem and helpline have no answer everytime same problem

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio was using the Jio fibre service in Odisha from Dec’20-Mar’21. As a process had surrendered the device and every defined step was followed. Out of the refund amount ₹1500, only ₹500 was returned. Have been following up since then.

    1/3 the service engineer has confirmed that the device was perfect and full refund will be credited. Need compensation for this. Been more than 30days. @fiber_jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I had ported a number to a JiO SIM, data transmission has been done in it, but voice verification is not possible even after calling 1977.And also being ignored by the customer service officers.

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Hi very poor network coverage in my locality .... Complaint many time but there is no use....you all companies only making customer fool.know I'm using Jio and Airtel but there is no use they are not listing.

    @JioCare I lost out on two months of membership fee, beacuse your incapable team wasn't able to resolve a simple issue! Now I'm not going to renew the connection till the time the line is sorted out and the connection is restored

    @JioCare AM NOT GETTING ANY REPLY ON DM. Device is not getting Connected to internet. Not detecting the remote. JioTV app keeps crashing. Amazon prime also not working and I am not getting any resolution for last 5 days. Very poor service

    so a frustrated consumer now tries the new tool #consumerhelpline lets see if it works or not. I have registered a complaint against them. Even send a mail informing the grievance no. and other details. let see how @JioCare responds.

    a week had passed: still, Jio Stores and @JioCare have the same reply: we are looking at it on first priority. I don't know how much time Jio Customer care wants to talk to its own employee. i don't see they are willing to help. 1/2
