@reliancejio @JioCare The best network is now worst at Upper Bazar of Lohardaga District of Jharkhand. Since last one week we are not able to make a call and after 2 rings automatically the call disconnects. Please resolve the voice call issue and network related issues.

@JioCare Things getting from bad to worst with jio fiber service. Horrible service, it almost takes a week and multiple complaints to get your engineers to visit the location. They keep on cancelling/rescheduling the appointments without our consent.

@JioCare Your visit engineers in kanpur region have a regular habit of cancelling/rescheduling the appointment without any permission from our side. It seems as if Jio fibre is least interested in customer service, even after my multiple complaints for months their is no action..
