Hey @JioCare have been facing an internet jio fiber shutdown since the whole morning. Once I placed a service request they assigned me a engineer to come at 6th nov (5-6pm) but now they are showing the request as closed. While my issue persists. Unfair service by #jio

With so many hopes I opted for Jio fiber by switching from old ISP but the experience is worst, the sales executive told by that the installation will be done by 5th Nov. But still the installation is not done and they are not responding after taking the money @JioCare

@reliancejio i am in train on jaipur jodhpur route there is so much of internet issue i am facing jio is working like 2G even i can't access normal web surfing, youtube is not loading please do something that we can access internet in train also not happy with the internet

@JioMart @JioCare @JioMart_Support Pathetic customer service u people have. My order was supposed to be delivered by 30th oct but still not yet received. One of ur staff "Mayank Saadh" from escalation team doesn't have the courtesy to give a TAT for the ticket raised by me.
