Worst experience with @reliancejio , ticket No - sr00001f321m is not resolving from a long back. Also team is not responding correctly why this is delaying. they install connection in hours but disconnection, device pickup and refund is not done after a month.

@reliancejio @JioCare Booked new jio Fiber connection in Pune. Installation was supposed to happen today but didn't happen despite them rescheduling it 4 times in 1 day. Now they rescheduled it for tomorrow without asking me. The customer care lady was arrogant. Don't appreciate

@JioCare you have pathetic service will cancel my subscription as soon as possible. Nobody picks up the call or responds to email . Absolutely shambles if someone does pick the call they tell you to call at another number @reliancejio
