    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @reliancejio I am facing problems with my Jio Broadband connection. I paid Rs 4443/- for 3 months subscription but I am not getting any response. The order no. Is N00001F9Y33K. Sales person is not picking phone calls. His number 93119 53666. Please resolve!

    The Jio team contacted me regarding the complaint I had lodged about the network; I expressed my concerns, but the team told me to keep recharging, stating that they would not be able to provide network coverage for more than four months. T&C @JioCare

    @JioCare Sent private message. No response there. Irresponsible service. I don't know how these people activate plans without customers permission.

    @reliancejio My JioFiber connection was suspended due to non-payment. On customer care’s assurance that payment would allow one month of service, I paid ₹722 on 07.08.2026 and the connection was restored. However, a fresh bill of ₹798 was generated on 11.08.2026 without adjusting my ₹722 payment, and my connection has again been suspended. I effectively received service for only 3 days against my payment. Please verify the payment, billing records and call recording, adjust ₹722 appropriately, waive any incorrect charges and restore my connection immediately.     @JioCare Engineer visit for SR00003E1WH pertaining to Jio Home Fiber is being rescheduled thrice. No repose from Jio Care as well as the field service engineer. Only Automated systems taking care of Customer calls and not able to talk to any executive. Disgusting customer service

    @JioCare @reliancejio Update on SR00002NIBD4. After following up rigorously on Social media, Email, and phone calls from a separate mobile number the complaint was resolved today at approximately 2pm. But the relief didn't last long. Some final repairs were done by a separate engineer at about 7pm, and once he left the blinking red light is back!!!! NO INTERNET!!! So in last 3 days, I had internet for few hours!! like instalments! I call up the customer care again, and as is expected of JIO, they won't let met talk to a human, and they generated another Service request on their own!!! At this point I have no idea, who to contact, this is truly frustrating. New Service request no. is SR00003EN6MR If anyone is listening from JIO, please respond.
