    Nowadays it is being seen in Jio that when ringing anywhere while making a call, the ring sound is very scratchy and cuts too, @reliancejio should rectify it soon! Otherwise, do not force the customer to switch to another network. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi. I have been discussing my issue with you guys for a couple of weeks now, but all I'm getting are standard replies like "appreciate your patience" or "forwarded your concern to the appropriate department". Is this how you resolve your customer's issues?
