    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio

    How low your service has gone over the years, i have submitted the old router, 1200₹ relocation charge and still not a single communication from the engineer or any tracking number to track the update.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I know @reliancejio @JioCare is loot company that is why I never bought Jio sim.
