    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare It has been almost 40 days and my JioAirFiber speed issue is STILL not resolved, despite multiple complaints and escalations. Complaint SR000036CY75 was falsely closed without resolution or my confirmation, which is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare Complained raised in the morning, was told that technician will visit around 1900-2000 hrs. Now being told that it is not yet confirmed. SR000036TVNT. @JioCare : can you be more attentive towards customer grievance?

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been completely down every day between 12 PM and 4 PM for the past week, along with intermittent Wi-Fi drops at other times. I need this checked and resolved immediately. I am sending my account details via DM now. #JioCare #JioAirFiber
