@JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

@JioCare i cancelled my jio connection because i was told by customer care that i will get 1500 rs refund and i cancelled within time still i got only 500rs refund . Look into this asap. Service ID : 299860425802

Dear @JioCare Today I checked JIO sim on my mobile and found that the internet speed is very good. Kindly help me in porting the @airtelindia number to @JioCare As the internet service of Airtel does not work and even after complaining to Airtel many times they did not help me.

Today I tried to convert my sim card to esim and didn’t get any activation code so I contacted to jio customer care the guy replied me rudely as well as he cut my call. My sim is deactivated and don’t have any medium of contact. @reliancejio @JioCare
