    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare Its been 5 days, my internet is not working. Your technicians are fooling the customers. This will effect your reputation among the customers. I am very sorry to say that i m being harassed. All my phones work on wifi. We r not able to use our phones

    Jio is worst customer service by there end no 5g working on my phone without solving my problem they closed the case they taking high money in recharge packs but not resolved @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I paid for 3 month plan in Jun, also 380 for addins in Jul, my connection validity should be till Sep 6, but my connection was suspended with some pending due, which I am not clear, what's for? I have communicated with Customer care they are not able to resolve that.

    @JioCare Take the STB (install) and return it. Then only I can downgrade my plan. What kind of resolution the escalations team is giving? This itself is the complaint. @TRAI : Need intervention. Failing to accept this is system design failure! I don’t want the STB or OTT; just downgrade? Kindly share GRO details.
