@JioCare @reliancejio This is too much now, since almost January 2020 I have complained about the internet, but every time the phone is disconnected saying that your problem will be solved soon, if this problem is not solved in me, then you start saying 2G instead of 4G internet!

Hi @reliancejio it's totally unacceptable service what you're giving I booked my jio fiber almost a week ago but installation stit not done yet.. And I got msg daily that it is rescheduled on my request.. When did I req I don't know. Order no. NO0000GV9KZ8 @JioCare plz check it..

No @reliancejio internet connectivity. Is this the type of 4G service u have committed, even 2G was more faster and cheaper.If it is not sort out almost more than 200 people of our locality will switch to @airtelindia .

Replied, the DM, asking reason for closure. And please, stop trying to retain the customer on ground that Voice calls are free. There is nothing free, even the lowest plan cost approx 120, so, I don’t understand logic of @JioCare saying that voice calls are free for life

@JioCare order id is NO0000GAF38I applied for jio fiber connection on 17 march 2021till today i didnt get jio connection after attempting many efforts on phone call and jio office visit. please solve my matter asap or i will go to consumer forum for this fraud to customer.

@JioCare @reliancejio Has made its service so ridiculous, call drops and so many issues, once I even joined someone else conversation and head all the way to end without even them realising it. To connect with a friend me and him both have to call each other multiple times.
