    @showmedamani @reliancejio Telecom was run like a commodity service, Jio subsidized it continues to dominate. Electronic goods is a technology heavy, ip and entry barrier market. Private labeling and recent RnD can possibly put Jio ahead of Vu and Mi but not close to likes of Samsung.

    worst internet Ever. Waiting for my validity to end so that i can port my sim card elsewhere. NO ONE CARES at all. Struggling to get 0.79mbps Speed. Thats 4g Now They Are Launched 5g Horrible. P.S. - There is no option at customer care number to call to agent. @JioCare #Jio #5G

    @JioCare bought new connection hoping to get better Internet speed compared to @VodafoneGroup.. But I should say Jio is Pathetic. Customer executive says they will look into the matter and after 15 days no solution but more problems. It takes 16 minutes to open live chat.Pathetic

    @JioCare I am unable to recharge my Jiofiber account as I didn’t generate a Jiofiber voice number. Raised an email concern and been over 24 hours since last response from you. Called up customer care and they can’t help me. What kind of a system have you guys designed? #fail

    Dear @reliancejio it’s being annoying for me to get your fibre connection. In every 15 days it’s get disconnected and making a complaint is tougher job. Mostly your service centre number doesn’t respond. I’ve been trying to connect that from Monday. And if it’s get connected
