@JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

@JioCare @JioMart_Support pathetic service from Jio customer care, simply don't know how to talk with customers. I am having issue with my number frm 20th Dec and I hv called several times each time they raise complaint and ask to wait for 48 hours for resolution,(1/n)

@JioCare @Abdul95326369 I stopped use @reliancejio long ago. Very poor network stability for small city and even pune city for day its just 100-200 kbps speed and for midnight just upto 800 kbps. Sab try karo fir sahi chuno Airtel gives 8-9 mbps at day and 25-28 mbps at night. That’s y i port jio to AT

@JioCare Dm'ed but I know that you don't have network feasibility in my area of Manali yet. I'm hoping you expand to our area soon as BSNL has a monopoly and doesn't seem to care for their customers. They even charge almost double the amount Jio and Airtel do.
