@JioCare Not really on some occasions. Since last 3 years i am facing same issue.. Even if i have 4 bars network your call as well as internet does not work. Same issue at my hometown sangli 416416 too. Vinayak nagar, sangli haripur road. I have 7 jio connections, 3 at pune , 4 at sangli

@JioCare really bad experience with JioFiber postpaid with respect to plan, installation and all the lies the sales person say before installation. Now new surprise that the JioFiber postpaid plan can not be changed by MyJio or even customer care can not do it. What to do now?

Reason I am putting this out in social media, Airtel gave SLA to solve my internet speed related issue in 15 days. That's unfortunately too much time. I do not want torture myself for 15 days with slow speed. Porting is 7 days task. Bye @airtelindia Excited @reliancejio

All technicians of @JioCare are always at native place. God knows how Jio affords to keep them on payroll. If you are in Santacruz East, avoid Jio broadband. No service, no helpline response, no internet! @JioChat is a hot that knows nothing. Customer service at it's worst!
