@JioCare i just called your customer care 198 and executive asked me to disconnect the call and when i asked the reason he said he will call back. I asked again will u call immediately and he said yes we will call you immediately. I have not received call its been 10 mins.

@JioCare @PremtoshSingh He is praising Jio for good connectivity but Jio is responding without reading the content as if Jio believe that they can't provide good services. Well I really appreciate Jio that its network is providing service in need where other are failing.

@JioCare you network in Pune has worsen more than ever. Prime location like D mart, Bharati hospitals, office in shivaji nagar has voice problem. Fringe area always had that issue but now in city makes it worse. My worst decision to switch to Jio. Waiting for 90 days to over.

@JioCare @ajwolverine_ Are you kidding, this is really something which is hidden, do not be dumb and do not change the meaning of unlimited. Ok tell me one thing do you really give money back to the customer when there are network issues, how do you justify that.

@JioCare This kind of attitude is fatal and shouldn't be tolerated at any cost. I raised req and spoke to customer care on 3rd of June. I don't understand how one whole month is not enough to serve a customer. You're not even making an hour for my request. Such a shame.

@Gauravsharma_g2 @airtelindia Gaurav Same thing happened with me in April 2021. Airtel Agents only look into sales not in service. So I think it's tym to move ahead and break sterotype Airtel service . Start looking for alternate options. @JioCare please provide services at 201308

Since last few days network of @reliancejio is worst in my region & when i told this to customer support they aren't fixing it @JioCare & Just because of this sluggish network my studies got affected alot Things like this lead us to switch towards @airtelindia
