    @JioCare Please do not write rubbish old stuffs in response over DM, the person didn't even bother to read my lodged complaint and responded with some old stuff to teach me that issue can be with cellphone. I am repeating again it's the issue with network in that particular location

    @suhas_bj @JioCare They said this is a temporary issue and will be fixed in 6/8 months. I was like 🤬 Later I came to know that Ambani has owned a dictionary where meaning of word Temporary is - Lasting for only a limited period of time(and that “limited period of time” should be defined by Jio)😑

    @DoT_India kindly help me to get the proper speed in @JioCare and @VodafoneIN . In both network im getting 500 kbps speed and both have the network issue in pune dhanori 411015 location. Both operator saying since 2 year to provide the network soon but still the same issue.

    Hello team @JioCare. There is indoor network issue in Sassoon Hospital, Station Road, Pune. There is no network available for even voice calls. Please improve your network in hospital premises at least.

    Again upon reaching out Jio care I have been told same that there is an issue in that area and it will take 120 days. Come on Jiocare stop fooling and start working, it's (Wakad) a prime area how come you are not able to act quickly.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I believe you don't care about our issue facing since last 9 days in our area. We are going to drop our entire Jio phone connections from our organization. Sorry to say, you are even a poor support system then a low-grade service provider.

    @VitthalBobade @JioCare Nothing will change ever. Jio is best but there are few places where Jio failed to provide network and same has not been resolved even after raising multiple times. Better you port to another network Vitthal, but do not go for @airtelindia , airtel is worst.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have complained about network issue at new place where I shifted around 7 months back and I have been told that work in progress and same will be resolved within 120 days. I was still waiting for resolution and again I have told to wait for 120 days

    @JioCare So disappointing service by JIO. No one even picks up the call after you take a new connection. They will talk to you only till you take a connection, after that no response.

    What a worst service by Jio. @JioCare & @reliancejio. They take money for the broadband service and take weeks to install it. Recommend not to fall in a trap. Once you pay for the service or installation there is no option to cancel and they do fake promises everyday, everyhour

    @JioCare very unprofessional and bad service. 19 days follow up but no resolution provided. My registered number of jio fiber is 8238055699. Staff keeps on lying. No escalation points are available. Cheap and third class service .
