    what the hell for jio customer service, its excellently bad, i have requested many times for port my number i have sent port sms many times but no response for jio i dont have recieve any UPC code code or any OTP from jio @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi Shreyas, The problem is the phone number linked to it is also stolen. And I'm finding no option to suspend the SIM. Tried calling ur complaint number with no luck. Pls look into this case.

    @JioCare It is requested to provide good network at jinplot area, Kodinar pin code 362720. Even a call is not able to complete due to weak network. Please atleast improve to the basic level. Hope for early service network improvisation. Thank you.

    @DoT_India @TRAI This is the irresponsibility of @JioCare .Still they expect me pay the post paid bill and I have already paid it .But the question is,If a service provider can't answer customers basic questions then can they force us to pay the bill in the name of Diactivation ?

    @JioCare hello Everyone I didn't get any service from customer care since 3 days. I have ask the solution to direct assistant, then customer care chat and then tweeted also. But no response is given to me. DON'T BUY ANY PLAN OF JIO. WORST SERVICE

    @JioCare @reliancejio Get to talk to Vellore TN Customer service head Mr Murugan. He was extremely rude and was screaming for bringing up the issue. The entire conversation happened with Noordin Customer service guy online. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. 👎

    @JioCare I just got a direct message from Kashyap he/She message me for ₹22 usage for voice but my complaint against internet usages charge that is of ₹565.97 and dated of amount charged was 16.02.2021. I mentioned everything but I got reply for ₹22 what is going on guys?
