    what the hell for jio customer service, its excellently bad, i have requested many times for port my number i have sent port sms many times but no response for jio i dont have recieve any UPC code code or any OTP from jio @reliancejio

    @creativedodger @JioCare That's the issue...and we can't do or say anything regarding this....cus in my area there is full 5G network and they still says you will get offer soon and talkin crap like update your phone and stuff....others got it who doesn't have 5G signal in their area.

    @ISHWARANSHUMAN @JioCare @airtelindia Don't know what to say.. their customer care has no knowledge about 5g.. I tried to port out from jio.. executive called me and told me that with iphone I can use jio 5g for free as my area is covered by 5g network.. they will give a update with in 24hrs.

    @JioCare can you please help me to shift to @airtelindia . Your good service days are over. Every second day there is disruption in services and then you take 2-3 restore services. Till I switch over, I expect you to give service for which I have already paid you.

    @reliancejio mobile 1st priority is to make calls @RohitKa9251 please do check if you can do successful outgoing without drops as @reliancejio fails miserably to provide outgoing after 5G rollout I'm changing them from last 10+ days, they know the issue, bt NO solution as per their tech team
