    what the hell for jio customer service, its excellently bad, i have requested many times for port my number i have sent port sms many times but no response for jio i dont have recieve any UPC code code or any OTP from jio @reliancejio

    Dear @IndiaPOCO why @JioCare #jio True 5G is not working in pocof4 ( poco's first 5G device). As Jio True 5G works on n28 n78 & n258 band. and Mi 10i supports n28A & n78 band. still 5G is not working. If Any OTA update is required then when will we get. #f45g #jiotrue5g

    @JioCare Are you guys dumb ! I am getting 5g service. But for a certain time only. It keeps toggle between 4g and 5g in same place. I am getting jio 5g welcome offer msg , my jio app also shows the same . How come you say my area is not covered !!

    @JioCare Hi, My gf has requested MNP on her Airtel number to be ported to Jio. Received text that it was supposed to be completed by today, but still the port is not completed yet. Can you please help on the same?
