    what the hell for jio customer service, its excellently bad, i have requested many times for port my number i have sent port sms many times but no response for jio i dont have recieve any UPC code code or any OTP from jio @reliancejio

    @JioCare I went for lost SIM replacement in Jio shop in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand but the Jio Customer Care executive was forcing us to purchase new SIM along the un-blocked SIM. After long verbal fight he let us go. I did not expect such a pathetic experience from Reliance Jio

    @utsavtechie @JioCare To my suprise my grandmother uses a smart phone and she is getting a 5g network on same Jio network which she hardly uses Me been an regular user who uses and do heavy usage and spent more money on Jio recharge get no 5g network
