    what the hell for jio customer service, its excellently bad, i have requested many times for port my number i have sent port sms many times but no response for jio i dont have recieve any UPC code code or any OTP from jio @reliancejio

    @JioCare I had jio fibre connection installed for they said it is 30 days free trial and if I don't like it can return it and get the full refund of 2500 rs and that too immediately after pick up. After lots of head ache with customer care I got 1500 rs refund.

    @JioCare unable to make Video call to another JIO user, using JIO Network, video call is disconnecting as some one respons. Only this SIM having issue, while another JIO SIM is working in same phone. Not getting proper support from JIO center.
