    My village Nagaliya jat which is in Uttar pradesh, amroha. Have the network problem of @JioCare .There are huge amount of jio customers eventhough they are facing this network problem from year.

    @JioCare i have ₹239 1.5gb/day plan and 200 ott pass addon recharged on my number. Still 5G unlimited not activated as per the plan conditions. I have made several calls to your customer service but they agree that it should have been activated but have no clue why. Pls help.

    @JioCare I get some automated messages daily, it's of no use to you, you don't do any work you lazy bastards @jiocare Why is Jio Fiber customer care not picking up the phone? Why there is no option to connect with a real customer care executive in your airfibre customer care number

    @reliancejio I’m paying for 5G, but the internet speed I’m getting is nowhere near what I’m paying for. At times it feels worse than 3G. This is not acceptable service in Delhi, India’s capital.
