The booking agent only told me in the morning that installation would be completed within 1 hour, but after that I did not receive any call or message from anyone. Gaurav (@___gauravg) reported@JioCare my airfiber is doing my head in. Frequent disconnections , every 15 mins or so. Diagnostics shows no problems and had a very uninspiring call with customer care who i don't think understands the problem. This needs to be escalated to a service engineer asap.
