    Do you need physical sim to get 5G offer from @reliancejio ? Coz my phone is compatible , there is 5G service available in my area and my plan is postpaid plus yet JIO has no answer on lack of 5G service. What’s point of all these things @JioCare . Time to port out

    @JioCare - Please help! I switched to Jio for 5G. Spoke to many cust serv reps, "expressed interest" on your website, visited a Jio store, spoke to @SamsungIndia service center, but still no signs of 5G on my 5G enabled Z Fold 3 device purchased in the US. There's gotta be a way!

    @JioCare Do you have any update as I contacted nodal officer about this but they are also least bother about this issue. You can return my money back and take time to pick up your device.I expected jio will provide good services but It's very painful experience with jio for me.
