    what the hell for jio customer service, its excellently bad, i have requested many times for port my number i have sent port sms many times but no response for jio i dont have recieve any UPC code code or any OTP from jio @reliancejio

    @JioCare it's been a month now. Just process my refund, I don't want any assurance that an engineer will resolve the issue. I want to cancel my jio fiber connection. I have called the customer care a thousand times now

    @JioCare has such terrible service took money no sim delivered. No reply. The person who was allotted the delivery work asked otp before even visiting. @airtelindia is so much better. Just online application once. Received sim next day. A female came to take my kyc. 👍

    @JioCare @JioCare It has been 20 days since my JioFiber relocation request was raised, yet there is still no resolution. Extremely disappointing service and repeated delays. Please process a full refund of two payments made along with compensation charges for the inconvenience caused.

    Pathetic service form your distributor. @JioCare @reliancejio I have ordered for a JioAirFibre connection few days back , and still no response form your side. A have already paid the money, but after accepting the order there is no response anymore.

    @JioCare Worst Fibre service provider. Since 4 days Internet is not working. Customer care team is unaware asto when shall the matter get resolved. Jio only knows to take Pre-paid payments however service wise they are worst to give prompt service.

    @JioCare it's been 15 days. The sales guy got his commission & is not responding. The installation guy is not responding. Me, the customer got nothing & am following up for my money. You keep giving template replies each time. How is this fair? Not 1 call from your end. Not 1 proper reply.
