@JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

@reliancejio what a worst speed experience In my life with jio in my working location, only 2,4,6 kbps speed is giving, not able to send a picture. Jio I picked your postpaid plan for good speed. Other providers are giving good speed in this location, fix this speed issue asap.

It has been two months since I raised cancellation request but nobody has cared to pick up the router and set-top box only after (1/2)

@JioCare Bought Jio extender Art ID 491392171 in Feb,despite following all instl instr it doesnt work. The extender was paired using LAN, when the extender is moved to different room the wifi light doesn't turn green. Request to get the extender changed or provide tech assistance

@arakan71229932 @reliancejio @JioCare after which refund will be processed. Not sure if this is the case with all the customers who cancel their conn. Imagine how much interest these guys would earn if they delay payment of the refund to the customers. But raise a new conn request and these guys will be at your(2/3)
