We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

They told me to press 3 for slow internet. I kept dialing & pressing again and again. But their IVR is not working.

You will create service requests and disappear. Your engineers will never visit they will reschedule and finally close tickets im seeing this from past 14 days.

U switch 5G to 4G the moment there is internet sharing. The 4G is horrible. Waiting for this month to be over so I can switch back.

Instead of fixing the issue, you keep marking it as “resolved” without actually resolving anything. Your negligence has directly impacted my work and caused financial losses. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will file a complaint before the Consumer Commission and claim compensation for the losses incurred due to your deficient service. All chats, complaint records, and timelines have been documented. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights
