Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

@JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

@JioCare when the agent don have a reply for anything they disconnect the call . 3 times in a day . Customer service is just a myth with Jio .

@JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber its 2nd time jiofiber cable cutted down by unknown and if any engineer came they want some money to fix this dont know why they need money every visit. Total cost /month Recharge + engineer visit charges 300rs. 😥 nobody taking action on them.
