    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare You stupid people have closed my service request vide SR000018ANFW without picking up the ONT (Router). Looters, liers & cheaters. Worst customer service experience ever, nobody shall ever take Jio services. I have already surrender fiber, now will port out all my family sim too.

    @JioCare I have bought jio extender for the router installed at my home. I am facing problem in installing. I talked to jio outlet they gave me customer care number but they also don’t have any option for the extender problem … also the previous jio persons have left company ..
