Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

@JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

Jio's reputation at stake @reliancejio @JioCare Since last 3 days my wifi router hasn't been working. I have been trying to connect with customer care but couldn't get a hold of them, today i have somehow raised a complaint and a technician was assigned who was supposed to fix.

What is wrong with you people not letting users select which band they want to use 2.4ghz or 5ghz for airfibre users. Your so called 'Smart Wifi' is causing more trouble to users, it permanently stays in 2.4 ghz and very low speed even with 100mbps plan @reliancejio #jioairfiber
