    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @reliancejio I am in US and rely on Jio to get sms from India for doing the banking transaction. I was getting the proper network till week before but it is not working now. I have been touch with Jio International Customer Care but haven't got positive response. Frustrated to the hell..

    @JioCare Awaiting installation since 2 days,as promised by your sales rep in Dehradun.Your reference no.NO0000LW89E5. Your organisation is totally in mess in Dehradun. Nobody knows what is going on. No customer service at all! Very poor show indeed!

    No solution yet. Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Do hell with your service. As per your new plan for which you have already taken payment, you are supposed to install a set top box on the same day as scheduled. Why nobody has yet arrived? Don't give me stupid replies without action.

    @reliancejio We have a lot of network congestion problems in all our Jio mobile in the particular area. when we move from here it's working fine. please solve the problem because after installing a new tower beside us or should I connect with @TRAI to get resolve this issue.

    @JioCare wtf the service is in Bangalore east you are providing . Worst network ever . Not able to surf the internet and hard to call someone . Please rectify the problem ASAP
