It could be related to routing, CGNAT, IPv6 handling, DNS conflicts, backend traffic filtering, tower instability, or packet loss. the speed is normal but websites/apps randomly fail to load. Even after router replace and new connection.

Technician is not listening and keeps giving false promises daily. I want my AirFiber installed by today, otherwise I’ll cancel my order and disconnect all Jio services.

Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.

Shikhar (@ShikharTrades) reported@JioCare Again no confirmation on whether this is an AirFiber backend/tower routing issue or not. I asked a direct technical question but again received only a generic reply. After almost 3 months, customers deserve clear answers, not endless copy-paste responses.
