    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare We are facing network problem since August . We are getting only 15 kbps speed. You have promised for 4g speed connectivity and not able to provide 2g speed properly. Shame on you jio and think first about 4g then talk about 5g network.

    @reliancejio i had worst experience today. My jiofi divice had problem as it automayically disconnected. When i asked for new divice they say there is no stock since last 2 months. What can we do when we need wifi internet connection very badly. Answerthis

    @JioCare My jio fibre services are down since yesterday as per the app resolution was promised by 18.03!! Not a single call till now forget resolution. Worst case scenario the call centre does not even respond.

    @reliancejio the speed at location 454660 Rajod MP in dhar district is very poor. What one can do instead of porting Jio to another company. 😠😠😠 Very very poor service. @TRAI

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare Connection installed today, set of box picture quality is very poor, I think did a mistake by changing service provider, Airtel was far better, only problem was poor net connectivity.
