    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare Madhya Pradesh me jio ki halat kharab hai. 20 kbps se upar speed nahin, frequent call drops, no resolution from care. This is worst network in MP now.

    @JioCare my service request number is SR00001D3VJJ dt 22/08/2022 13:15. I have called to customer care no 20 to 25 times but my complaint is not resolved 4 days had passed but no result. Pls look into this matter and resolve it

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Asliambani Past 20 days i am waiting for resolution, but jio cus care is saying 75 Gb voucher is expired. The base plan validity is till Aug 10 , 2023 , the voucher will get expire. Understand the seriousness in the issue and resolve soon. I have raised the Query with no -MR00013DORQ3.

    @supaw_41 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare
