    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    I am in UAE and suddenly SIM stopped working No idea how it got damaged !🤷 The JIO Store isn't giving a duplicate SIM to my family even with my authorization!! How can you expect me to travel back to India for getting the SIM?? KINDLY SUPPORT!! #jio #RelianceJio #MukeshAmbani

    @reliancejio very poor customer service. One of the biggest group of india not even able to provide service on time. 30 days jio fiber plan if down for a day becomes a 29 day plan...

    It's been more than a week & my wifi issue isn't still resolved! I get calls from JIO & they say a technician will visit to resolve but nobody ever visited. THIS IS FRUSTRATING! #poorservice @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio @JioCare

    Never ever place orders for anything on @JioMart @reliancejio Firstly they delay deliveries by three days and then when customer cancels the order refund is practically impossible..

    @AxisBankSupport you don't even have a toll free customer care number, we have to pay for the call despite having the unlimited call plan from @airtelindia or @JioCare and make us wait forever to talk to the support executive! Please look into this.
