    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India this is my service request number (SR000016CIWA) . Reliance jio is not refunding the security amount from last 30 months . & i have mailed my bank deatils & statements 5 to 6 times & more than 50 mails for the update .

    @JioCare The engineer visited just an hour back. They closed the complain without solving my issue. They're forcing me to surrender. They've been doing the same since months now. Refusing to solve the issue

    @JioCare worst customer service. Jio fiber not working since yesterday, registered complaint SR000016DN7M,6:00 pm 25/8/2021.Technical guy my area Mr ASHISH MAURYA, they haven't recieved any complaint. Now not giving response, daughter missed her online classes & online exam.🙏

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Looks like you have pathetic customer support. I have to decide on another connection as no response from your end. I have already paid connection refundable charges of 1000. But after this sort of response, I will have to decide on against. Thanks.
