    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare I have already reported an issue with my internet connection and router earlier, but no engineer has visited yet. The problem is still unresolved. Could you please explain the delay and arrange an engineer visit at the earliest? This is causing a lot of inconvenience.

    Fed up with these customer care calls where they won't care about customers. Joi Fiber's worst service expected better service this is not at all acceptable charging double money and still no service giving excuses on every call. @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare I’ve already shared all details via DM multiple times. This is just delaying the issue asked me to recharge, confirmed refund after pickup, device is picked up yet refund is denied. Please stop repeating templates nd give a clear resolution + refund timeline immediately.
