@JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

@JioCare please help in getting the internet issue resolved ASAP. The internet is down since morning the scheduled visit from technician was between 1PM TO 2PM but they haven’t come or called. The service ticket number is mentioned here SR00001GX5OD. Please support urgently .
