    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare compalint registered on 3 Jan still not resolved . Ott membership was cancelled in 8 Dec and amt of 999 has still not been reversed in the current bill. Customer care had taken complaint on 3 Jan 22 but the current bill still does not reflect the credit. Ridiculous svc

    @JioCare When will your work end..??? When will we get a proper connection..?? Dont you thing its your responsibility as you are getting profits by us using your useless service and paying for the recharge amount..??? So can we get a proper date after 6 months of wait for the change..???
