    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @ViCustomerCare We are facing too much issue in our village. Zero network connectivity. Sometime not even call work. We haven't used internet ever with VI in our village. If issue could not resolve let's we will switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio No wonder there's no update since 7 days for the so called "escalation" and "priority" resolution. You guys are too good in testing the patience level and setting new bars for disappointment. The issue has now been pending unresolved since ~6 months now.👏

    @JioCare I have port VI post connection to Jio postpaid for better service. Its been 8 days and never have good internet. I have requested many time. But didn't get the solution. Event VI was far better than jio. If have any solution for prime customers please update.

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio sim is very worst.i m alway facing call drop issue customer care executive are unskilled they always repeat only some lines i call someone server are unreachable. My phone is on but other operator shows phone switch i used other operator is working fine
