    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @reliancejio has been giving me slow speed for six months. Their service engineers came to my home last Saturday and couldn't solve the problem. They said they would resolve the problem,but they didn't. When I called customer service, they had no clue about anything. @TRAI

    @JioCare i have given request to withdraw jio service. your pickup boy came and asked to give Bank details When I have pre paid connection with jio then why system demand Bank details Now you send a letter with jio data and set top box boths serial no of instrument to collect
