    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare Problem not even addressed and still the ticket has been closed. And still same comments on ticket I am receiving from years .. that we will trying to improve in coming years and all . It's been 6 years.. same reply

    Impressive service by @airtelindia for Fiber Internet. Booked online by morning, visited representative by noon, & installation confirmed immediately! Ditched @reliancejio I don't care what @JioCare serves!

    @JioCare Broadband down since morning. Entire apartment has no internet. How are we supposed to work? Complaint raised but appointment only tomorrow. Worst service. Should’ve chosen Airtel. Resolve ASAP.@reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

    SR00003B6KJP raised on 14th July for service disruption of internet service. Service engineer was supposed to be sent on 15th Jul at 2 PM. No one turned up and subsequently it has been rescheduled to 17th Jul. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I am also unable to view the engineer's scheduled visit time in the Jio app. I have attached a screenshot for reference. Please check the issue from your end and explain why the appointment details are not visible.(4/4)

    @JioCare @reliancejio Engineer not visiting for the case registered for #jio box power issues.yesterday app was showing engineer visit scheduled even today morning also showed same and it is showing on hold now.Noone is bothered to inform why visits are rescheduled/kept on hold
