    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare Repeatedly posting the same content in different names on this platform doesn't solve my issue. Till date, issues haven't been solved. I am in continuous follow up with Jio(Poor) Care. I am doing additional recharges daily.Worst ever Service by @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet not working since yesterday. Complaint already registered but no technician visited yet. Complaint was closed without resolution. More than 24 hours passed and office work is badly affected. Kindly reopen complaint and resolve urgently.
