    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare Shame on you @JioCare @reliancejio that you could not even take any initiative to solve my small problem of remote, even after 35 hours. As long as we Indians are happy with such crappy customer service, you will continue growing. Elsewhere, bigger companies bigger perished.

    @JioCare As i have informed by customer executive that there is no refund of installation charges but at the time of applying there is no disclosure of the same and now they are not paying refund. #harrashmant #loyalty #nondisclosure
