@JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

@reliancejio @JioCare its been 14days and my issue still didnt get resolved.Worst customer care service and the engineer blocked my number.I called at the service centre and they are saying since 6days that they will get the issue resolves within 1day.dont buy it

@JioCare thank you for providing such a pathetic service. It was my fault that I ported my number to jio from Airtel @airtelindia thanks to you also for taking money and not updating the other party… Better to switch to idea or Vodafone at least they take care of users

@JioCare No you don't, already discussed 100s time in DMs but still Waiting for refund since April and nobody in your team taking pain to contact and refund my money NOTE: I have disconnected Jio Fiber in April, due to pathetic speed and no reponse from support team

Again #worst #service by #JioFiber service request no SR00001CX9QN not resolved even after 3 days . @reliancejio @JioCare Your engineer is not responding telephone calls , he picks up call and disconnects . Mb no -96714 33853. He is misguiding jio by writing wrong compliance .

@JioCare There is no network at all in this area, please repair it as soon as possible otherwise the sim will be broken and thrown away 10-12 customers are here very upset network internet is running very slow after putting sim in 1

@Airtel_Presence The same has still not been resolved ,no communication from anybody . Really disappointed to see such resolution from a company like @airtelindia . Definitely looking forward to switch to @reliancejio !!
