Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

@JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

I also can't port to @JioCare @ViCustomerCare because my sim is not serviceable. Further no record with @Airtel_Presence can also cause me some serious damage as all of my account is linked to this sim. If someone else is given my number then he can access all of my accounts(4/n)

@JioCare Not not use JIO my complaint not yet resolved by Jio team they are making people fool, wrong amount charging to the customer and not revolving case Pending from last 37 days never go with Jio , Now I am going to complaint it to national consumer form then he will look the case.

@reliancejio My phone, Jio fiber, jio-fi everything is down since morning. Odisha, Ganjam is facing heavy turbulence with #jionetwork. yet no action is been taken by #jioteam . its hampering our office works and daily works.. we pay #jio for nothing.

@reliancejio harassed by pathetic service of jio set top box and internet at home in Ludhiana. I won't recommend anyone to go with them. There customer care takes 1 month to respond to complaints.. @ETTelecom

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio I have recharged my jio sim with 3GB plan per day. Later I got a message that the payment could be completed so I recharged it again. Then the same plan got activated twice. I have been requesting the customer care to refund the amount.

@reliancejio @JioCare I wont be using the sim next month so I have been asking to transfer as jio money or ajio credits. How do you justify the loss of this amount to the customer. What is the use of such a big empire when u cannot provide such a small solution. @TheMukeshAmbani

@JioCare One of the worst Fibernet services available in the market. Tried raising a request for relocation of an existing setup. I wasted half my day, still, didn't get a single operator/representative who can help resolve this petty issue.
