    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare You guys say you are the best service provider in the market but that is not true. we have asked for a new connection which is 70-80 meters away from Jio pole, but they say it is not feasible Same thing when we asked other service providers they are very happy to give it

    @reliancejio jio help me I am from Ariyalur and from 15 days I am not able to receive calls and 4g is running like **** 💩💩💩 for this reason I think you raised the monthly package now you will take extra money and decrease the internet speed
