Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

@JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

@JioCare please do something. im not able to hear during all in and out calls on my number since 4 weeks . Voice drop is the main issue. Resolve it immediately.i have some very urgent calls. getting restless due to ur network. Or I shall switch to other. Act fast

@fiber_jio @JioCare installed my jio fiber with 2500SD unable to use a single OTT. Sales executive says he doesn't know about this. They just know about selling and then their responsibility is over?? Unbelievable Worst service
