    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @reliancejio I have raised a service request id SR00003A4FMP, got message that engineer is on the way. We were waiting at home. Then we got message that engineer couldn’t locate premises. Totally false, I am waiting for engineer, he didn’t call. Sorry bad service as well as false reason.

    @JioCare My office is located in my village and all people are facing the same problem. Also they all will raise the same complaint then reliance will take action otherwise not My village is big and around 2 km of village people are using good service like 5G. After big recharge why?

    @JioCare It is not sim but Jiofiber. Information DM but don’t think any help will come as from last 20 days no resolution provided. Two days ago help line said will start in 2 hours but not yet resolved. Yesterday said will call back in 30 minutes with expert but call not received till

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Your representative contacted me today, but my #JioAirFiber request was cancelled due to equipment shortage. Customers should not suffer because of internal inventory issues.Kindly arrange the required equipment and prioritize my installation at the earliest

    @JioCare It's been 4 days and my JioFiber is still not working. I raised a service request and emailed multiple times,but only automated replies. First it was a Jio-side issue, now I'm told it's a local issue with no resolution. I'm paying for a service I can't use.@reliancejio

    @JioCare No engineer assigned, still facing the issue. Request raised in the afternoon by 01:57pm but still no response such a pathetic experience. Works are pending due to this. @reliancejio @JioCare
