But it’s been almost 2 months, Forget 5G, even 4G doesn’t work properly. If 5G isn’t available, then why are you selling 5G plans? no more assurances.

Chat support seems to keep saying "We are expanding" each time. This time they gave me a 120 days timeline to fix this issue after my second complaint since they closed first.

If RMDU which is defective is replaced all the connections would have been worked. How reckless is the service of jio. Ours is connection 3. Request to resolve ours too ASAP @jagograhakjago
