@JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

Too much speed issue in jio fibre @JioCare ! It's looks like you provide speed only in first month of installation after that no one is there to care ! Planing to switch at @Airtel_Presence !

@JioCare I have placed an order for #JioFiber new connection on Sep 8. ORN - NO0000IMY2WT. I have received mail fro Jio service team that installation will be completed by 10 am on September 10. No response from service team and the work has not been initiated as of now 4.02 pm.

@JioCare Well..that's such a silly way of giving attention to customer query...for me Jio has failed big time and probably for others too because of such a poor and pathetic Services and employees too are lenient in responding. That's really #shameful that's Jio didn't solver query.

@reliancejio Why there is no proper response on any customer mail or complaint?My Brother Mr. Jay saxena (mo. No. 9389967488) did recharge of rs. 1208 on 26th Aug. 2021 at 12:03 pm but till now neither he got data plan of rs.1208 nor he got any proper response from your company

@reliancejio @JioCare Your team is unable to get me invoices for JioFiber for the months of January to March 2021. I have already sent 3 mails and talked to customer support who claim that the invoices have been discarded.
