    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare @JioCare , @reliancejio I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my disconnection request is being handled. If I have clearly requested disconnection, why is an engineer visit being scheduled instead of simply processing the disconnection? My request is being labelled as a “Browsing Issue,” which is completely irrelevant to my actual request. Why am I being forced to go through troubleshooting/engineer visits when I have already decided to discontinue the service? This unnecessary delay and repeated follow-up feels like harassment. Please stop delaying the process and disconnect my Jio service immediately. I do not want an engineer visit or further troubleshooting. Just process my disconnection request and confirm it.     @JioCare raised a complain for fiber today morning SR00002NFR38 Technician visited and repaired it On dat time it was correct After som time again the sam issue raised Seeing this i hav again rang the same technician but he said he can come tomorrow It means i hav to sit idle

    @reliancejio @JioCare #jiofibre My JioFiber has been down for 2 days despite ~5 months of paid validity. After a threatening call about disconnection, my service stopped 10 minutes later. Previous complaints were ignored. Please investigate and restore my connection urgently.#jio
