    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare No I'm not using any third party router , I'm using Jio's router only.Also I'm sitting next to the wifi router so there's no issue of coverage. You can mark basic questions as cleared as the issue isn't from my side,neither I'm doing anything which hampers ping. It's jio's issue

    @JioCare My no is 9891501117. I m taking abt buildings on sansad marg like PNB headquarters and Uco bhawan. Here we get issue of Jio signals where as other provider providing uninterrupted signal.

    @JioCare Thanks. There was attempt to remove money from my account. One person called me within 10 mins. They asked me to download a support software, which I did. Made me top up 10₹ from Jio app. Then asked me OTP. That's where I was suspicious.

    Following up from 11 months & Jio no. still not getting activated. only getting excuses from your care center in terms of service. still my no not activated will take a legal action about the loss happening from the delay occurred by your team. @JioCare @reliancejio
