    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare Check screenshot of speed test done in tweets above. Usage is observed but the speed is super slow. That is precisely my concern. But no need to worry. I'll be patient that's what customers are supposed to do. Patiently tolerate **** service given by service providers.

    @JioCare Furthermore, I have not received the vouchers associated with my 6-month payment plan. I am finding it challenging to connect with a Jio customer care executive to resolve this matter efficiently.

    @JioCare You want the customer to note down the details provided at the time of making new connections to provide the same to make the cancel request Still i provided them, where's the response or update ? With this kind of pathetic service, why does anyone want to continue or take #jio

    @JioCare @JioCare Why are customers being taken for granted? @JioCare never seems to care about its customers.facing repeated disruptions due to an adamant&irresponsible technician who added unauthorized extra connection in Jio junction box. Despite repeated complaints,no action so far.

    @JioCare The service disruption isn’t resolved yet. Outage has been reported since 8th June 2026. Are you trying to tell me that the complaint has been addressed and resolved?

    @reliancejio @JioCare After 4 days 3 Jio "Engineers" visited my place, inspected the equipment+wires for 40 minutes, reset the Router twice. But the problem of low coverage(range) is still unresolved. Ur local Serv. Head Vikram Pathak is incapable of providing any solution.
