    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare @JioCare “Highlighted to the concerned team” is all I’ve heard for 7 days. I don’t want another apology—I want my official complaint number, a confirmed ETA, and my internet fixed. If you can’t resolve it, disconnect the service and collect your router.

    Facing severe indoor network coverage and frequent call drop issues with Jio on the ground floor at my home in Khatauli, UP (PIN: 251201), while it works fine on the second floor. Please look into this signal issue and improve coverage. @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India

    @JioCare Made post yesterday still haven't received any call from your customer care department nor I'm able to see my registered complaint on myjio app. Worst exp it's been now 3 days since I have paid installation 800 amount @JioCare ??
