    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare I converted my sim card from IDEA to JIO a month ago.But I have a problem.When I recharge.I recharged 84 days for Rs 599 & it happened,I did it from paytm.But then when I recharge extra data for Rs 151,it shows a problem.May I know exactly why this problem occurs?

    @JioCare Worst service i ever get today I'm appy for jio fiber but installation team every hour told me he is comeing with in 15 min. but they not come and now jio team told me i am sorry we don't come today we come tomorrow may be jio don't have time to installation time so please inform

    @JioCare My fibre installation request NO0000G7F7WV is not completed even after the installation due date . Worst service from Jio. Plz cancel my installation request .Will switch over to Airtel.

    @JioCare Finally technician visited and issue resolved after 4 days. I asked him if they are overburdened, said no. Then why things delayed. very poor experience, I missed Ind vs Aus historic test match as well. Anyway thanks !
