    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Service Request SR000035STQZ for my Jio Fiber has been pending since 13 May 2026 with no resolution. Even calling helpline has not helped. Kindly intervene urgently.

    @JioCare As a customer, I do not consent to sharing unnecessary personal information beyond what is reasonably required for verification. I request Jio to address the concern based on the already available account details and investigate why third-party/family contact numbers .

    @JioCare I have raised the service complaint but no engineer visited the place. It is getting rescheduled daily. Service no. SR00002L3RBU. Kindly look into it. Jio Air Fiber is down from 7 days.

    @JioCare red light blinking in the fibre box every now n then from day b4 yesterday. in the morning it was ok working fine n thn it goes off again n came back to working again. few mins b4 it was not working,again its working now

    @ViCustomerCare When you are introducing #calling bandwidth and #internet bandwidth in same band, I face lot of problems when I use internet then someone call me, My internet stucked. Plz provide same as @reliancejio
