@JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

@reliancejio @JioCare Dear Jio, Pls enable 2G/3G also, because many people cant afford 4G mobile & also even many having higher end device having,battery drain situation will move to basic spare device, but those support 2G/3G only Especially am not moved to Jio only bcz of this

Pathetic service by Jio fiber @JioCare Wifi not working on the 1st day of the week and still continues. 0 efforts taken by Jio to resolve and to top it all they don't have any customer reps to talk us through the issue. They send sms & never follow through. @reliancejio @ABPNews

@reliancejio we are totally disappointed with your network criteria. Although if I receive full network then still facing problem during using internet. Here one thing I want clearify that your mobile tower is just 100 meter away from my home. I request to to slove the issue.
