    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by “next few days”

    @JioCare Team, im frustrated to the core, i have paid my money so only using your network... otherwise I would have move to airtel where they will install within a day.. 3 days there is no update from your end and no installation happens

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio All connections are same good till you buy. Now I don't have a way to surrender my connection. There is a whatsapp number where I message Call Me I get a callback from the support real person.

    @reliancejio Since installation, AirFiber has **not provided consistent speeds** and is unreliable for my work. I have already raised **multiple complaints**, but the issue remains unresolved.

    Extremely frustrated with @reliancejio @JioCare. My #JioFiber wifi is frequently disconnecting nowadays, making it impossible to work. To make it worse, there is zero response from the customer service team and I can't seem to reach them at all. Please fix this @JIOAIRFIBERIN
