    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    Whenever the power goes out in the village, the network connection is lost. This is because the fuel meant for the generator gets sold off; the network only returns when the electricity comes back. #jiocare #jio

    @JioCare my JioFiber plan includes Prime Video. After renewal, it was downgraded to Prime Lite. Now I’m asked to pay ₹1,499 to upgrade, despite already paying ₹799 via my Fiber bill. Why not charge only the balance? Your customer support couldn’t explain this either. Pls Check

    @JioCare Stuck on the Jio Self-KYC page for a new SIM activation! Proceeded to the final payment stage, but the option to redeem a Jio Starter Pack E-Gift Card / Voucher is completely missing from the portal. Please fix this UI issue or guide me on how to redeem it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare The service of jio is on a steady decline day by day. But from last 4-5 days, it is so bad that now I am just waiting for a day off to port to Airtel. I book cab to and from Botanical Garden Metro, and this area is a graveyard for Jio service. (1/2)

    My friend bought a new jio sim card his 5 g isn't activated yt .. we have tried to contact the customer care but failed to connect so please give us ur customer care number so that they can further assist us @JioCare @reliancejio
