    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    Jio don't do installation for my house the last 48 hrs is the worst as there is no internet @JioCare no correct answer is given just say "we are sorry" "hum apki complain samajh rahe hain" doesn't work everytime if there is no solution

    There is a Reliance Jio tower on one side of the hill near our village, but Jio network coverage is unavailable on the other side, where around 80% of the villagers live. This causes serious connectivity problems, especially for people who live in the city and face difficulties when they return to the village. We request Reliance Jio to please resolve this coverage issue. Otherwise, many villagers are porting their SIMs to other networks.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare currently I am working outside the India and My sum was deactivated 20 days ago and I am trying to reactivate my sim i tried to connect with your mobile team but they didn't responded on my message. My jio number was 8218454480 and it's shows its not working.

    @reliancejio pls remove the airfiber connection as I'm facing issue from past 6 days and your technician are rescheduling the time as per their convenience and we are not aware about the same, please take your connection and I don't want to use it anymore @JioCare

    @JioCare paying every month a lot of Money for Jio fiber service and getting a worst service..and so non cooperative customer care..if you don’t solve my issue then I will take it further..and if Needed I will go to consumer forum..

    @JioCare @JioCare Can you please check the DM and also check Service Request No. ES000002JVNT for Service ID 778570214653 How can you close the SR without even visiting and fixing the internet issue? It's not working since more then 10 days We are on Enterprise plan.

    @JioCare The problem is with your services that's why the engineers have also stopped visiting my house and just reschedule the service request. Please wake up and accept the reality.
