    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare We are having Internet issue from morning and when ever we raise compliant it says Engineering is getting assigned but till not no one has been assigned. It happens most of the time and we get worst services. Today’s Request I’d - SR00003F5YV3

    @JioCare Hi Pawan, 24hr since I raised the request,with no committed timeline from @jio_fiber.I faced a similar issue with other provider, and it was resolved within an hr. If this were a new connection,I’m sure it would be up & running in an hr.This isn’t expected for an internet outage

    @JioCare What does "if" here means? I was told by the service provider and the guy who came to install that once cancelled I'll get the refund. What do you keep prolonging this issue daily? In the last reply I was asked if I want a refund back to source or voucher.
