    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    I had recently ported to @reliancejio @JioCare on a Family Postpaid plan. But in the evening the internet speed gets so bad that we can't even watch a video properly. Even calls get disconnected. So I request @TRAI to remove the 90 days criteria so that I can port out again.

    I don't think to work with some basic plan user @reliancejio I want to know you plans also and one more thing from now onwards it's become 15 days that net is not working so it is already a big mental and finacial loss for me .

    @JioCare No call received from Jio @JioCare admit it you scam people. You have not refunded the money. I had specifically asked to refund to source account. (No voucher as i have no faith in your service). Initiate refund in 24 hours. Otherwise going to court. Consider this as notice.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago @ConsumerWelfare neither the IVR nor the customer care number responded properly, even I share my number in a private message but it so harassing that they don't even care about the customer. If I stop paying bill then they can reach out to me, pathetic.
