    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    An official from fraud company @reliancejio @JioCare just called asking for 10 more dys 2 resolve my AirFiber issue. That makes it a full month of no internet, & my recharge has already expired! This is daylight fraud. Escalating this deficiency of service to @TRAI #JioAirFiber

    @VinodSh122377 @reliancejio Okay Jio Warrior.. Unlike 2014 we don’t have many options.. Only two good options are there and both are terrible at my place..

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber complaint 13 August SR00002NEE0A was resolved on 19 August after an unacceptable delay. Unfortunately, service failed again, raised a complaint on 27 August SR00003F780R. It is still pending your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.

    @reliancejio @JioCare NO0001FAPKJY(Payment done, status installed, but in reality the device is not installed ) After registering my complaint,Mr Kr was assigned (9263702401) to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments.

    @reliancejio I paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation, but the request failed. I then paid another ₹1200 at the Jio Store, and the relocation was completed. The first 1200 is still not refunded. Please process my 1200 refund and share the complaint/SR number & refund timeline.

    @reliancejio Frequent outages + repeatedly changing restoration times are unacceptable. Please investigate the root cause and provide a permanent solution, not just another revised ETA. @JioCare
