    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    I am a jio prepaid user of bihar circle. In my area facing problem with internet speed , the speed is like 2g and i m paying 4g price why??several time i complained but no solution given on this till yet @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare We don't have the interest to call without any reason. They triggered my trouble and were giving me the warning just because I used singularity when I was oppressed. JIO does not have any quality parameters or standards? My query still remained unanswered

    @ankit_ngdevelop @reliancejio Step 1 - Entice millions of users into using your network by giving it away for free and then at a subsidised rate to kill the competition. Step 2 - Go back to pathetic speeds and regular rates once you have most of the customers. Great strategy. 😬

    @reliancejio This is the way ambanis are becoming richer day by day . keping the customer in bias mode ,, they have launch a 14 days validity plan which clearly says 14 days validity with 1.5gb/net per day and sms-NA , so just like any other plan na means SMS not available

    @contrarianEPS How come the thread does not include any points on the fact that several regulations were changed which someho helped only @reliancejio ?glaring issue was anti competitive pricing was free services (below cost) for several months which would hav normally prevented by a regulator
