    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare Jio customer care told me my services would be restored by 12 PM today, but once again, nothing happened. Every time I’m given a new deadline, and none are followed. This is completely unacceptable. Jio is misleading customers with false timelines.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare JioTV+ on my TV keeps asking for an OTP every time I try to log in. Even after entering the OTP, the login does not stay active and it asks for OTP again. This is happening repeatedly and makes JioTV+ practically unusable. Please check the issue

    U are only interested in making revenue by scaring consumers. U do nt improve customer experience as you are a Brand. Hence nt worried abt network coverage. Then why de hurry in sending reminders 2 recharge @airtelindia @JioCare . Why dont u provide boosters @ nocoverage areas

    @reliancejio Poor Jio network here—calls/video calls fail, 5G is terrible. AirFiber order was cancelled due to no infrastructure. I WFH. Please fix connectivity permanently. 📍31.1367,77.5117

    @JioCare No one is actually working on this issue. Every time I reset the device, the connection works fine for only 2 minutes, and then the same issue comes back. Please don’t just tell me that “the team is working on it.” I need an actual technical resolution. #jio #slowinternet
