    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @Cryptified_Soul I've also raised this to Jio support but to no avail. This might be the boundary between life and death in an emergency. @JioCare FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY. @TRAI We need regulations regarding an outgoing call being delayed to remind about balance/lockdowns/mask advisories, etc.

    @Yatharth_Sharma @JioCare @reliancejio I still can’t confidently say it’ll be fixed within 2 hours. That was just the estimate from the customer care executive, and honestly, I’m not fully convinced it’ll be resolved that quickly.

Your app makes a mistake, asking me to pay your subscription that I've already paid for before, and now you ignore my mails, cut my calls. You tell me there is not refund process.     @JioCare Refund for my cancelled AirFiber order (08.04.2026) is still pending even after multiple follow-ups via email and tweet (Apr 22). No proper response yet. This is poor service. Kindly process refund immediately. Registered Mobile Number: +91 97510 16226 worst ever service
