    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio why the network not coming. it shows full 5g signal it's even not loading YouTube video. Even 4g also not coming it's worst service we are paying it's not worthy

    @JioCare The manager is now alleging that the router has been damaged by me so either I pay for the damages or take a new connection. This is the situation and service quality after 11 days of service disruption.

    Dear @JioCare, I paid ₹12,122 based on promises of 100 Mbps, quick engineer support and a hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, my experience has been repeated follow-ups, poor speed and broken commitments. Please resolve my complaint. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Day has passed, and still no engineer has visited. This is level of service you provide after taking payment for an annual plan? Every time customer has to follow up while your team fails to act. If this is how you treat your customers process my refund immediately. @JioCare #CJP
