    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @jio_fiber @JioCare I am not able to login nor website of bank of baroda works, through jio fiber internet. When using airtel, all the sites open of bank of baroda. Happening since yesterday.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER TREATMENT! Took a JioFiber plan & paid the full fee. Now that the plan is active, not a single person has come to the house to install the goddamn connection for days, just directing me from one agent to another.

    3rd class service by jio my recharge is 500 including you tube premium for no add. instead of you tube premium activated. continsly show add i contact jio costumer care two time every time say the you tube team contact u but no response facing since months @JioCare @YouTubeIndia

    @JioCare facing constant internet connection issues. Registered mobile number 8939389483.done multiple complaints with no resolution. Even technician visit did not solve the problem. We have 3 people working from home without wifi and yet no resolution over the last month.

    @JioCare Your customer support has completely failed. 5 days without service. This is unacceptable. I no longer wish to continue with Jio Fiber. Disconnect my connection immediately and refund the charges for the period I was left without service.

    @JioCare This order is still on hold status, if you can cancel quick I will opt in for jio air fiber
