    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare @reliancejio ,I have already paid for jio fibre since Tuesday there's no response from the technician or the store ,they postpone everyday,for which I am unable to leave my home for work but they don't arrive very disappointed from the service #जंतर_मंतर_ब्रेकिंग_न्यूज

    If anyone is thinking about Porting to @reliancejio please think 100 times before doing it because I am facing network issue for last 2 years in my office location which is an IT hub location and is not a remote village where they can't fix the network. @TRAI @dot

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio It's disappointing that your swift customer care could not issue sim in 5 days.. nor able to get in touch with customer even after DM half an hour ago. It's just strategy to show that you concern!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Sir it's a humble request please please please take me out of internet blackout and jio mobile blackout from my home. Paise badhane hai to badha lo par har 15 days ka yeh black out band karo. 24 ghante ho gaye par koi sunvai nahi hai.

    @JioCare @JioCare My internet was down for 5 days & you say no rebate? This is unacceptable. I suffered a huge business loss due to this outage. Recheck my account and process my 5-day rent rebate immediately.

    @JioCare 32 hours have a passed. No Internet since then. Area manager Surya is not responding...No response from customer support on when this will be resolved. Scripted answers from Twitter handle. Such a horrible support system. Not able to connect to human agent on customer care numbe

From booking to installation, the service has been poor, and the handling of my requests with generic replies has been unprofessional. Please call me.
