    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare What the hell jio team My jio fiber got canceled over 1 month but only i got security deposit.And when I am complaining to the customer care about this, then they are sometimes saying the installation money has been initiated and sometimes say currently in processing.

    @JioCare Don't go for private messages.. They will trap you under templates and in the loop of same messages... These guys just send sorry nothing work done by them.. All their customer executive is in work from home dont do anything.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio tell what magic number do i have to dial to actually talk to an actual person. Why does toll free number ask if we want to speak to a person and then hangs up. Please I need help my outgoing calls have been stopped.

    @JioCare It's with everyone here in the village that in jio most of us are not getting indoor coverage. There's no service inside the houses and the internet is slow every time it's not because of users but it is because of no nearby network tower.

    @JioCare I am not here to provide feedback,  I have paid Rs. 1178.82 for a recharge that inclose Amazon prime but the Prime is not working. I have been told that "Amazon prime" will work if i rechange with Rs. 1178.82. Either activate the all committed services or refund my money

    @reliancejio I am facing a technical Issue of my Jio Fiber. The matter of fact, You have the worst customer support and technical service guys i have ever seen. I have been waiting for service of the fiber line for 3 days. This is the worst experience.
