    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please look into the network performance in my area and assist in resolving this issue. When I spoke with @JioCare they told me "it will be resolve in 24 hours". But still facing worst experience. If I didn't get resolution then sadly I will looking for another service provider

    @JioCare . My Wi-Fi speed has been like 17 MBPS for the past 2 weeks and keeps getting worse. Your app says everything is alright and doesn't raise a service request or engineering visit. When I finally get in touch with someone, you raise a service request and it says resolved

    Idk whts the prblm wid @JioCare service the internet services drop regularly without any solid reason and they charge for a connection which was asked to be cancelled in the first place pathetic service every time I think to switch to jio...

    Very disappointed with @JioCare and @reliancejio JioFiber is down despite payment being made, customer support is unresponsive, and I've been charged ₹682.28 against my monthly plan. Kindly resolve the issue and explain the cause immediately. #JioFiber #jio
