    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare No point brother!! @airtelindia did it instantly!! I called them. Raised a request, same day initiation and instalation..!! Airtel deserves best when we are talking about service and support.

    @reliancejio I also request Jio to consider providing a “Preferred/Nearest Tower” option in the MyJio app, allowing customers to connect to the strongest nearby Jio tower whenever technically possible. This could significantly improve the customer experience.

    ISSUE since 2 MONTH COMPLAINT RAISED 14 days back Nikammo , kuch toh bolo @JioCare @reliancejio Ur network really sucks. I hv raised d complaint SRO0003DTOFP nothing improved. Y did u mark it as resolved? Wn u ll be resolving d issue? Say NO to JIO #unsatisfactory #annoying

    @JioCare order placed for 100mbps Jio fiber connection but it isn't working as expected. The technician is trying to resolve the issue but it is not getting resolved. Please cancel the Order Number is NO0001FI9PAY amd refund the full amount 2122rs. Thanks

    Dear @reliancejio your 5G service sucks on Thondamuthur Coimbatore. Something clearly wrong with stability of data connection. Signal strength drops quickly too. Clearly way below 4G connectivity and stability.
