    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare is the MOST PATHETIC internet service provider...it is over 60hours since an outage started and till now there is no sign of restoration....heartiest congratulations to Team Jiocare for testing the patience of its customers

    Before 2-3 month Data benefits in my account was about 3000GB per month, but from last 2 month it's showing 1000GB per month. How it reduced automatically though i am paying the same amount ?? It's look like "data chori". Why so worst service?? 😡 @JioCare

    @JioCare I would like to bring to your attention an issue with the Jio tower serving our area; the network goes down whenever there is a power outage and only resumes once the power is restored. Please check the network and have the staff resolve this issue; @MoPNG_eSeva

    1/4 15+ days. KYC completed. Installation fee paid. Then I was told my area has reached its “installation limit” and Jio AirFiber cannot be installed I complained to Jio Customer Care 3 days ago. I was assured that installation would be done. Still waiting. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India Jio tower generator has been down for 20+ days. Temporary backup was removed after 2 days, while the original was returned unrepaired. During power cuts, there is No Signal, and Jio AirFiber (A6/C6/ODU) also stops working. Please intervene urgently.
