    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare A cancellation/refund request has already been raised through customer care. Kindly confirm the expected refund date and ensure there is no further delay. The service was never installed despite payment being collected.

    @JioCare It's ok no problem,,m already using jio sim and will use always but here in my area jio wi fi is not working i complained so many times they told me clearly that in this area network is not there better you get it disconnected so I want to be disconnected,but still m jio user

    @JioCare recently I had purchased a jio air fiber plan and within 20 days of connection there is no internet connectivity to the router. No support from backend no solution since last two days no internet. Disappointed a lot plz refund amount.

    Despite multiple complaints, there has been no proper solution from customer support or the service team. This is unacceptable. Either permanently fix this issue immediately or refund my last 3 months’ payment. Customers deserve reliable internet, not daily frustration. @JioCare

    @JioCare I am experiencing mo network from 1 day. When I am trying to reach, it says 4 hours will be resolved. But 4 hours has never come since 1 day. One question do you guys pay an extra day for your problem or how many days you take to resolve the issue?
