    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare This is July 24 and the time is 4:43 and as per your timeline, issue will be resolved today at 20:12 but there has been no update whatsoever on my ticket. How long are you guys planning to keep lying? Just tell me honestly if you can't fix it so I can go for some other provider.

    @JioCare Day has passed, and still no engineer has visited. This is level of service you provide after taking payment for an annual plan? Every time customer has to follow up while your team fails to act. If this is how you treat your customers process my refund immediately. @JioCare #CJP

    It's been more than a week and wifi device hasn't been installed yet. I paid 3 months subscription amount in advance. Whenever I'm calling the agents they are giving false promises and I'm fed up with this service. @JioCare @reliancejio this is disappointing and it's the 2nd twt
