  Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

  @JioCare Without your support its difficult to accommodate the requirements to happens in a reality. You can't imagine life without mobile networks and internet access which is still there at many villages.

  @reliancejio I booked for a duplicate sim and unfortunately I got a response that they can’t deliver duplicate sim at home. Now I even tried Reliance digital which is closed in Bangalore. Not sure now how to do this now need to move my esim to physical sim due to phone issue

  @JioCare +918653347317 Kindly note this number. I got a call from this number just now. He said himself from jio customer care. And asked about the issue I am facing. later asked me to download Team Viewer app to remotely control my mobile by saying that tbis will connect to my jio app.

  @JioCare my jiofy no.7999655212 problem still not solved. Without using data balance shows zero. Plan 599 valid till july 10. Problem in your metering system. Set it right immediately. Done all actions suggested earlier . Disgusted of your services
