    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare Need urgent help. My Jio internet is down, & I registered complaint yesterday, the service visit is scheduled for 7 Aug. My son attends online classes & urgently needs a internet. I’m an NRI visiting India for a limited time. Kindly prioritize my complaint and resolve.

    @JioCare @JioCare It's been over 1 month since I applied for installation, yet there has been zero service. Your priority seems to be generating bills and deducting money on time, not providing the service customers paid for.

    @JioCare More than 48 hours without internet, and still no resolution. The assigned engineers have vanished, support is silent, and Jio couldn’t care less. This is disgraceful service. If you value your time and money, leave Jio and switch to Airtel. #JioFiber @reliancejio @JioCare
