    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Recently ported my number from airtel 4g to jio as they rolled out 5g in the area, so slow, weak frequencies, network dies indoors, cannot even penetrate house walls, their 3500mhz band dies if u go inside the house from terrace, very poor experience. @JioCare

    @JioCare, what type of stupidity is going on. Why you are restricting the customer to connect to a customer care executive. First you disconnect the services without any intimation and then not allowing to register a complaint over phone.

    I got worst experience with @reliancejio. My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.

    @bashterminal @reliancejio @JioCare Happened to me as well. Their relocation service is atrocious. Had to switch to another ISP.

    My Wi-Fi complaint is still NOT resolved, but your app is incorrectly showing the service request as “Completed.” The technician assigned to the issue is also not responding to my calls, and when he does answer, he speaks rudely and unprofessionally.@JioCare

    @JioCare Another day, still no acknowledgement on the installation promised for 30th Aug. Very unprofessional. If you can’t deliver, just let me know—I’ll cancel and go with another provider @airtelindia
