Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

@JioCare My JioAirFiber internet has been not working for the last 3 days (Request ID: SR0000331505). No call or visit from the assigned engineer, Jitendra Kumar Saini, and he is also not answering calls. if this is not resolved by today i will go with Airtel.

@reliancejio Hi, There is a serious issue with your network for both the internet and call connectivity in Tripuravaram, Ananthgiri(Mandal), Suryapet(Dist), Pin 508243. We could not even properly stay on call to raise the issue over 198. It's been more than 2 Weeks.

@JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio's network and internet speed in my area. To make matters worse, your customer care executive disconnected my call midway while I was explaining my issue! Is this the kind of unprofessional service you provide? Please look into this immediately.
