    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare I talked to 4 persons to today, nobody gave me resolution. One said this is a service ticket, he needs work order to provide stb. One said call customer care. Customer care creates ticket every time. This ticket was created on 24th. Why is it so difficult to provide a stb?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I booked a new Jio Fiber connection and completed the payment on 19/07/2026, but it's still not installed! This extreme delay is unacceptable. Resolve this immediately or I will be forced to cancel and demand a full refund. #JioFiber #JioCare #PoorService

    @JioCare What is even more disgraceful is that my service tickets are repeatedly being cancelled/closed without my consent or knowledge, falsely signaling that the issue has been resolved.

    @JioCare you have already taken over 2 weeks and nothing happened. We will wait for the 2029 for the resolution. I don't think you are capable enough to fix this before that. Also, 2029 is tentative. #cheaters #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I got a DM mentioning that plan is non refundable. My relocation request has been pending since 2 July, If you couldn't provide the service for almost a month and kept delaying without any proper updates, (1/2)

    @JioCare Shradha, all these 2+ months so many SR's no outcome same reply while asking for the update, NO REFUND SAME CIRCLE OF FOOLING. ENOUGH TRANSFER THE REFUND TODAY OR WHO HAS CONFIDENCE OF RESOLUTION LOAN ME REFUND AMT BY GPAY, ELSE SAY IT TODAY THAY REFUND WILL NOT COME
