    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    Dear @reliancejio My Jio Fibre WiFi isnt working since more than 24hrs. With frequent disruptions, Im very disappointed with your service. Would you care enough to provide me with extension for the disruption or shall I go to consumer court in this regard?

    Hi @JioCare, I've raised multiple complaints and emailed all diagnostics, but there's still no proper resolution. I'm facing slow internet, frequent fluctuations, slow website loading, and high ping in #VALORANT (Mumbai). Please escalate this to your Network/Routing team.

    @JioCare It has been more than 40 hours and still no update and I have been without internet for the past two days. If there is no update on the request I am planning to change to another network provider. Poor Response.
