    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio We are facing a lot of problem with #Jio network,there is no network since 6months. We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @TRAI @JioCare dear sir is this regarding problem of all area of nasrullaganj this pin code is 466331 and this regarding complaint in jio customer care but not response and not give me complaint number please interfere in this network very bad network coverage in nasrullaganj

    @JioCare I am facing issue of poor net speed from last six month no one is listening. @reliancejio is changed to worse network in my area what to do. @TRAI there should be some kind of fine if service provider is not able to maintain network quality.#Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am disappointed that you closed my case-SR000035Q183 without a resolution. The reason provided that I am not in a Jio coverage area is inappropriate and factually incorrect. I have been using your services at this location previously, 1/2

    @airtelindia why there is no way to connect to your customer support? Everything is automated and useless. I am not able to transfer my esim and now I am not able to use it 😡 @reliancejio has better transfer process than yours. Need support related to this @airtelindia

    @vinay_319 @JioCare Bro the same issue from the last 5 days but they don't care they just keep posting the same reply to everyone. Not even their engineer visit to resolve the issue.

    @JioCare Thanks for the response, Prakash. Since this is a recurring issue, 'resolved soon' isn't enough. As an e-commerce professional, my work is being badly affected. Can you provide a specific ETA for the fix? Also, please share a Service Request (SR) number for tracking

    @JioCare I am currently living in abroad but my Jio number got deactivated because of no recharge and I contacted the customer care they told me about that I can reactivate my number by aug 2026 but I have to be present in India but I don't have any plan before August to go to

    @JioCare I cannot request for relocation it's asking me to pay for previous month, but the thing is I have raised request on 1st may and its been 12 days I have not been able to use the service because you did nothing about my relocation request. Now if i pay it's loss for me 1/n

    @JioCare I already registered a grievance on 2026-04-24 regarding the prolonged outage and shared all available screenshots/emails. Most responses were only automated outage messages. Saying there was “no delay” is incorrect.
