Hi @JioCare, I am unable to use my Amazon prime subscription (complimentary with JioFiber). I've tried to connect to the customer care via calls, e-mail and Twitter direct messages but haven't received a satisfactory response yet.

Worst service which JioFiber can provide frusrated.Monthly thrice or twice service interruption.If i call customer service they have no idea how to resolve the issue.They simply raise a ticket assigning a field engineer with no purpose. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup
