    Very rubbish service @reliancejio @JioCare New Jio Fiber connectivity has been done. The network has not been coming for 20 days.There is an employee of a Jio customer whose name is Rishi,+91 78598 01642, he doesn't even talk properly. Closed the complaint without working. 🙎

    @reliancejio I am unable to browse with mobile data due to low network. Although, there was no problem happening in voice call rather than data surfing. Please do needful for full coverage. Thank you.

    @JioCare My issue is that jio's network in particular is very bad in surat , i hopefully ported from Vodafone but that was a bad decision.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your customer care is disgusting. I just want to request for closer of old free Jio Sim 7990616667 and they took me for merry go round. Now don't tell me anything else I'm more concerned about my security just close this number permanently NOW.

    @JioCare Though your Jio Tower is only 100 mtrs. away from our flat. Speed is disgustingly slow and only 198 same record is playing. Please do something immediately. In the guise of 5G don't ignore 4G / LTE Customers. We are also paying you.

    @JioCare @reliancejio When will it be my area's turn from across the country? I have been waiting and asking for help since last three years but I am not getting any resolution yet. All of India is using 5G networks now and I don't even have 4G network here! Shame on you for fooling the public.

    @JioCare I never get connected the first time you put it on! Even the Ethernet connection has to be disconnected and connected several times to get it connected! Very frustrating!

    @Airtel_Presence I think time has come (after 3 years) to check on your services. @JioCare is not able to fix my internet issue in 48 hours. That's just too costly for me to not have internet. How do I get back @Airtel_Presence ? Sad that starlink did not come throught yet.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic customer service. My broadband isn't working from past 3 days and everytime I contact customer care i get generic response that it will be fixed in 4 hours but nothing happens. So much frustrated with this. May switch to @reliancejio

    While asking about the bill extension, @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice is not ready for it. I'm so frustrated with their services.. just think ur bill cycle is 21 to 21 and ur getting the service by 15th of the month... And that is also not sure... They are pathetic
