@JioCare First of all, you please try to improve your network capacity to provide high speed data. As I'm saying, day by day data speed of JIO is decreasing, call drop occurred. It's very much unwanted from JIO. @TRAI @reliancejio @thebharatseva

Tdy I have faced if you have only one connectivity Jio, you can't rely @JioCare from 8pm no internet connectivity. Now care will ask for dm location number etc,by I missed important VC. Thanks to #jio network

After downloading the TWO videos (Each approximately 80-90 MB) Jio says *You have finished your high speed data*. The Company (Jio) stolen the internet by their customers. It's horrible. @reliancejio @JioCare

Also later got call from Airtel appellate Mr Prince saying that this is the best Airtel can offer. Rather than assuring for any solution, he behaved indifferently

@JioCare Utterly disappointed with the responses. Even after escalating the issue, you have not given the exact time of resolution. Does Jio has any escalation matrix? I have also mentioned about the call disconnected by your employee, haven't heard anything on that too???
