Tdy I have faced if you have only one connectivity Jio, you can't rely @JioCare from 8pm no internet connectivity. Now care will ask for dm location number etc,by I missed important VC. Thanks to #jio network

@JioCare I brought a jio phone under Diwali offer But after using 7 days the phone facing so much problems like hang, overheating, malfunction and not working switches This is a worst 😥😥😥 phone I have ever seen Thank God i don't purchase jio phone 2 or 3 then it's a more pain

@reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@reliancejio @JioCare a generator need to be installed in the tower for stop gap arrangement (location: Sripur, PIN-712514) as during power cut the tower does not deliver signal.

So I searched for Jio customer care number on the net and called up 18008899999, where I was informed that the money that once goes into the pockets of Reliance Jio is not refunded. So now my money rs. 2399 is locked with @reliancejio for 1 year without any interest 6/N
