    @JioCare As per my latest conversation - no engineer has been appointed to look in to the issue. And the issue turns out to be the wire got cut near my area.

    @JioCare My Order Number is NO0000J9OF34 booking and payment done on 6 nov 2021. It's been 8 days since I made payment for jio fiber connection and yet no engineer has visited our place and no response has been taken from your end . Such a poor service.

    Part 1 @JioCare I've called today, about 5 times and all the executives I've called haven't responded well and have abruptly cut my call. It shows that the company as a whole isn't committed to: 1. Customer Service. 2. Hires Incompetent People. 3. Has Extremely Bad Policies.

    @JioCare Make it fast. Taking more than 24 hours for a simple repair is not the customer service I expect. Also not sure what you meant by current situation. If you meant rain warning in Chennai, it's over from yesterday.

    @JioCare What next? Your customercare called up at 12 ans promised that the engineer would at the location without fail at 3PM and now it's 5:04 PM as I write. It's not your cup of tea. Please arrange to refund the amount instantly. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio guys replied with minutes. But still haven’t got any reply from Airtel yet. This shows how seriously you take your customers. If this issue not resolved by tonight, I will disconnect in the morning.
