@JioCare @reliancejio @nitaambani_ jio internet service are very slow in Town Baseri, Dist.-Dholpur,Rajsthan . Minimum 5 kbps, highest 65kbps . My place gandhi tiraha , jagner road by paas ,Baseri. I am open Google very slow in browser . So. Please improved internet speed.

Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I want to close my SIM and when i went to Jio Store they told me that u need to contact our customer care only they can close ur sim. We r not authorised to do so, tried so many times in customer care and no one responded. Can u pls look this issue

Jio was refunding my 1500₹ to me for fiber uninstallatio so i provided them my bank details.They refunded 500₹ and informed 1000₹ after 14 days. I got 500₹ on 8 oct20. Now they are saying some bank details issue trasnfering rest 1000₹. @JioCare @PMOIndia please explain why?

@JioCare since 1 week I am facing slow internet, call drop after few seconds, voice of other person and my voice not transfer, I complaint 198 many times but no improvement in service and calling. I already recharge 1 y plan now I am stucked. I give money in wrong network.

@JioCare I applied for jio fibre but installation guy asking for 1500 extra then he said ok give 1000 extra or i will cancel the request...what a game going on...wow..

@JioCare Our problem is not with refund amount @JioCare . @reliancejio Doesn't your customer care representatives understand English? What is the technical problem? Why was our request cancelled without letting us know?
