@reliancejio @airtelindia Jio is one of the worst service providers. Don't take up their service. Facing network issues in Kolkata metro. Shame on jio. Shame. And the worst thing is they keep on announcing recharge due 10 days prior to service expiry. Shame.

@JioCare @reliancejio By mistake I made a recharge for my jio number using my jio app which costs me 2999 INR. I tried contacting customer support by dialing helpline 1991 but looks like there is hardly any option to talk to an agent. How jio can help me in such a scenario?

As @JioCare asked me to send mobile no. And jiofibre id in DM .I responded fast and did the same within few minutes . Now let's see at what rate @JioCare @JioFiberVoice will provide us (the customer)the service. Hope this time no excuse will be given .
