@JioCare Fed up with Jio for its slow internet speed and pestering reminder calls to the customer 4 days in advance that too while making every call. Thinking of converting to other network if this pestering doesn't stop. Let customers decide when to recharge.

@JioCare Dont upgrade to jio 5g, If you plan to use sim on 5g not supported devices in future. I have upgraded to 5g and now am not able access internet on 4g only device and it gives emergency call only sometimes. And jio customer support is clueless and cant downgrade back #5G

@JioCare these steps are done by me almost everyday. It doesn't work. As I indicated, there is a complete complacency and issue not taken seriously. @reliancegroup @reliancejio my plan is due for renewal in 2 days and till now the issue didnot resolve. Pathetic service.time to switch.
