    @JioCare it took 4 hours for me to watch a 2 hours movie because of your internet speed. I have been raising complaint that speed is low since 2018. No rectification was done. Bloody ********. I repent using Jio. @MukeshAmba

    @JioCare What is the use of sending details it looks like ur Mumbai Team is not willing to add more locations. Yesterday ur executive came promised to install today but now it's been postponed. Now when will it happen donno. Worst management as far as i see.

    @JioCare What a shame on Jio fiber part still no one has contacted ,past 3 days continuously calling your customer care things getting worse and escalated but no resolution ,what’s the funny part is your company doesn’t know the meaning of high Priority #zero service

    @JioCare I have tried doing that, but it doesn’t seem to be of any help. The username and password doesn’t seem to be working for me. You either need to send some engineer to my place to sort this issue out. It is become a pain now.

    @JioCare Finally today will Port out from Mumbai Worst Network from Jio .. on the name of 5G they provide 4G service, Call Drop problem, Network issue while travelling. After so many complaint no solution Wait for 2 Weeks will Port Out more than 45 member from Jio Thank you

    Frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio @jiokerala- multiple service appointments scheduled for my Jio Fiber connection, yet no technician shows up. The tracking & call features in the MyJio app don’t even work. Customer support has been equally disappointing. This is unacceptable.

    @JioCare Your escalation system is so robust that, your senior escalation members don't know whom it got escalated to, who picked up, when they will exactly visit the site and whether they are really going to fix the problem. Hence rescheduled #GTvsMI
