    @JioCare Facing issue with sms service. I am unable to receive sms from anyone. Even OTPs i am unable to get. Pls help me to fix the issue. Last SMS was received on 28th April. Till now i don't see any sms. Even I deactivated DND aswel same issue.

    @JioCare What is the use of sending details it looks like ur Mumbai Team is not willing to add more locations. Yesterday ur executive came promised to install today but now it's been postponed. Now when will it happen donno. Worst management as far as i see.

    @JioCare There's is serious issues in Jio sim network, I have 3 Jio sim in different handset but after every 15-20 network is fluctuating both network I mean internet and talking network,no signal, please Immediately solve this issue, on priority base

    @JioCare This is not the proper response from you guys.I will book a case against you guys and File a petition on court. Check with your Supervisor on this priority. If anyone made a recharge to another number, can you guys upgrade you systems and cancel the recharges. #jio is looting.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup fiber customer care has been saying that for 100 mbs , 1 month there is no installation charges and the local service providers are saying without 3 months plan we will not provide services. this is not something not what I expected from jio.

    Dear @JioCare Am facing low intenet speed issue, It's 4G connection but very slow... at times signal completely goes off and missing calls. Seems no proper network coverage in and around Suryanagar (LMark : Megacity school), Hayathnagar, HYD Please check. TIA

    @JioCare Thanks Akshay you local team since two month they are just postponing to next week I don't think the next week will ever come. Any will go to ACT for new connection. U have very weak and bad management of adding connections u don't have customer care or don't have local centers.

    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare please install a tower in our area. All customers are ready to port out from @JioCare . After installing a jio tower in my village the problem continues. Customer service expert always gives us hope but call drop and internet connection too slow.

    @reliancejio @NetflixIndia you guys need to workout between both of you. I got a Netflix basic account from jio.I paid to jio for upgrade for my Netflix account but still it’s getting downgraded again and again. Work out your problems or simply refund my money.

    Not getting any support from @JioCare tried with customer care wrote an email visited their centre nothing, don't know why they call themselves as customer centric. Their store staff don't know how take a request for reinstate the number #jio_unlimited #CustomerService

    @JioCare i raised a complaint against refund for jio fiber connection 9651303985 but no reply . device pickup delayed reason was told by. customer care but device pickup is delayed by jio team i call again and again but no engineer visit for pickup .
