    @JioCare Its like i am on a mission or goal to achieve my above mentioned concern of uninstallation of Jio fiber,my money almost 8000 is struck with u, interesting thing is your customer care don’t have old records of failed commitments,never faced such prlm with local internet providers.

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare I am a post paid customer of jio and have been facing issues with one of my child accounts post recent upgrade. Unable to make calls for more than a week and very poor response on all channels. Taking this route as a final option for quick resolution.

    @JioCare never faced such kind of useless customer care from any provider backing @jiocare everyday from 31st july to till date no one responded properly no time stamp was provided yet. Foolish executive’s just #******* @jiocare validity 30 days wasting my validity time

    @JioCare it took 4 hours for me to watch a 2 hours movie because of your internet speed. I have been raising complaint that speed is low since 2018. No rectification was done. Bloody ********. I repent using Jio. @MukeshAmba

    @JioCare Facing issue with sms service. I am unable to receive sms from anyone. Even OTPs i am unable to get. Pls help me to fix the issue. Last SMS was received on 28th April. Till now i don't see any sms. Even I deactivated DND aswel same issue.
