    @reliancejio team my internet service is disconnecting freq day by day request to solve it permanently as many time i have raised the complaint but till now your team has not been solved permanently it is frustrating to change from hathway to jio fiber# account no +91-4035573441

    @JioCare @DoT_India The issue is not taken care of yet. I have been requesting Jio to pick the device and get the refund from May 21st 2022. Shame on you Jio @DoT_India please take an action..or your job is to just forward it to the concerned department?

    @JioCare This is not the proper response from you guys.I will book a case against you guys and File a petition on court. Check with your Supervisor on this priority. If anyone made a recharge to another number, can you guys upgrade you systems and cancel the recharges. #jio is looting.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup fiber customer care has been saying that for 100 mbs , 1 month there is no installation charges and the local service providers are saying without 3 months plan we will not provide services. this is not something not what I expected from jio.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @shashankjha18 I had also been reporting a complaint from past 3 months but always @JioCare says to DM and then nothing doing already I have complained 3 to 4 times Service is becoming poor and poor day by day #jio remember customer satisfaction is important Or else you will be history

    @JioCare @FibreJio @reliancejio fibre services are pathetic here in Mohali. My fibre is not working since 16 Apr 26 and they have scheduled engineering visit for 24 Apr 26, every time customer care says visit is scheduled. What about this 7 days gap of no internet ?

    @JioCare would fool you into buying ISD pack and when you ask to cancel the plan they say ISD pack cant be cancelled It is systematically scamming customers into purchasing plans which are totally useless for them !

    @JioCare struggling to get a simple relocation request done inside the same society since last Thursday. what a pathetic service! Someone keeps rescheduling appointments without any intimation and customer service is helpless refusing to refund excess balance for discontinuation.

    @JioCare Still no installation of my JioAirFiber connection, Is this the level of service customers should expect? Are customers supposed to just wait endlessly after payment? This is pure negligence. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this further.
