    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare I am a post paid customer of jio and have been facing issues with one of my child accounts post recent upgrade. Unable to make calls for more than a week and very poor response on all channels. Taking this route as a final option for quick resolution.

    Worst experience: no response for new SIM card online, already paid. Customer care (199) was bot voice, chat also bot, hard to contact Jio customer care. No response from @JioCare on X,They only focus marketing as get sim from home .

    @airtelindia : your services sucks.. I am fed up with your prepaid services. Looking for an alternate now.. @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare . Airtel has been looting me for weeks and there is no way to connect a human agent. IVR doesn't solve all issues.

    @JioCare Finally, someone has come for KYC.I was informed that I have to pay for cable beyond 25m during installation. This is never mentioned during the initial call from Jio nor the website mentions it.Please confirm the charges involved in installation of JioAirFiber connection.
