    Dear @JioMart @JioCare Your app is a complete joke. My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday as shown in the app, and even today there’s no delivery and the order status hasn’t moved at all. No proper updates, no accountability, just pathetic service.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Team, the network at my location does not work at all. Every time I complain, your team sends the same copy-paste SMS instead of actually fixing the issue. When I stop recharging, I get calls saying the problem is resolved।,
