    @JioCare Its activate since 5 months but how am I getting so many recorded telephone calls? How are those calls going through the DND service? Dont you have a routine check?

    @JioCare this is a perfect example of poor customer experience, and it shows the entire Jio team is working in circles and how downstream teams are following the same approach with out solving customer issue you are asking the customer to follow the same approach again pathetic

    @JioCare What is the use of sending details it looks like ur Mumbai Team is not willing to add more locations. Yesterday ur executive came promised to install today but now it's been postponed. Now when will it happen donno. Worst management as far as i see.

    @GautamSolanki24 @JioCare Dear they will not do anything, they have very bad service. I am also facing router issue since 2 months but no action taken till date. I am serious planning to go for Airtel once I finish the amount which was paid.

    @JioCare I am extremely aware that I am providing certain private information and I will take down those after the issue has been resolved and so far even after 24 hours I have not got the solution of the issue , this is extremely poor service so far I have received from jio @JioCare

    @JioCare What a shame on Jio fiber part still no one has contacted ,past 3 days continuously calling your customer care things getting worse and escalated but no resolution ,what’s the funny part is your company doesn’t know the meaning of high Priority #zero service

    @JioCare Its like i am on a mission or goal to achieve my above mentioned concern of uninstallation of Jio fiber,my money almost 8000 is struck with u, interesting thing is your customer care don’t have old records of failed commitments,never faced such prlm with local internet providers.

    My husband made a recharge of ₹2999 after the recharge whenever he’s turning on his mobile data the network goes “no service “ and when we contact to customer service they are giving different excuses and thisway JIO is fooling middle class people @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I am fed up with repeated false promises and vague “future date” messages. It has been 25+ days since payment for my Jio AirFiber order (Order ID: NO0001D08Q5C), and no installation or technician visit has occurred. I no longer want the service. I demand a full refund immediately. If the refund is not processed promptly, I will proceed with legal action through consumer court and claim all expenses, including additional compensation for harassment and delay. Complaint already filed with NCH (ID: 9228818).

    @JioCare I am living in Laxmi vihar Gate no. 04 near anugrah residency Gondwara raipur 492009 There are very poor network of jio and zero network in inside house and there is no any connection of jio fiber and air fiber please look into this and short out problem 7388044411

    @JioCare @JioCare I received a call from your engineer regarding JioFiber installation, but he didn’t speak anything on the call and disconnected it immediately. After that, I received a message saying my request was cancelled without any proper communication or resolution.
