Most furious service provided by @reliancejio . More than 15 complaints one year continuous follow ups @JioCare provided me the ETR for network resolution was 14 april. Now they are not responsible. Why @DoT_India is not talking any action against them. #Jio #mukeshambani

Classic model, enroll Customer and run away @JioCare @reliancejio 11 days and still waiting. Interestingly everyday somebody says we will send someone and resolve issue but no action. Huge internal control issue - app shows issue resolved for 3rd consecutive time in 10 days
