@JioCare no respect of customer time and money. Eta for tech visit has already passed and no-one called till now. CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

If you return within 60 days they would return full amount But they promise to refund fully during installation. #FraudJio
