    @JioCare no respect of customer time and money. Eta for tech visit has already passed and no-one called till now. CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

    @JioCare @reliancejio your service is becoming pathetic, I have paid for 300 MBPS speed and getting 145 MBPS, even with that all apps and browsers are buffering... Q1.. why don't you adjust the charges when you don't give the speed as per plan?

    @JioCare I knew this. You provide ****** service and then we get stuck after paying longer term charges trusting the brand. I must say you provide a 3rd class services which includes poor connectivity and bad customer service. No worries, my fees is a gift to Mr. Ambani.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst service. Oct 2025: Paid ₹1000 for 3month JioFiber.Connection was in someone else’s name due to no KYC at install. Returned device, promised refund voucher in 6 months. Following up 3 weeks, now denied refund. Unacceptable. Fiber account 8035616218

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing continuous network issues as the network gets shifted to 4G from 5G in the evening and remains the same until next morning. Tried reaching customer support but no positive response. It is really bad experience.

    Only 1–2 signal bars showing on Jio network, and the internet is not working properly. Facing frequent calling issues as well. This is really frustrating—please resolve this as soon as possible @JioCare
