    @JioCare Hope you have read the previous replies from your team. So far no update and no one has visited my place to see how pathetic the service become since last 5 weeks almost.

    @JioCare If you guys are not gonna fix the issue then please provide the refund for the prepaid recharges which are in queue. So that I can port out and which ever network is having better coverage in my area, will opt that.

    @rajatrakhit @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI I have too complained the same issue to JIO but so far no action has been taken and @DoT_India should take action against @reliancejio. In my tweet I have mentioned @TRAI too. It’s really annoying that @TRAI too didn’t respond.
