Done a recharge of 98rs for jio wireless device and to download 5mb of data it is taken 30 mins time and u can understand how slow is the network @JioCare when I call customer care they said due to some network conjunction internet is slow. It means it's waste of my money@JioCare

@tapanyaa @reliancejio @Idea @JioCare First, do analysis which network is good in your location. Then shift to that network instead of Jio. Nowadays Jio data speed is horrible in Hyderabad location.

@reliancejio as of now jio has extremely network and internet issue in all Hyderabad.i have to go back on @airtelindia network and I think Airtel add promotion is honest tag line as old was good.@reliancejio (very sad)

@JioCare I got a Jio fiber connection on 30 days trial.speed is not good. Live TV buffering issue. I asked for refund on 27 Feb, got a call after 6 days, executive was so rude. And says we can't give u any time line or approximate time, about when our team will call u back.

@JioCare @YogeshFarpat Jio should have some offer for Jiofi replacement at minimum cost once sold by them is damaged/not working. Tata Sky changes set top box this way. Or users have to buy Doongle again and again. Pl do needful.
