Dear @reliancejio our village more than 2000 people are used #jio but jio service is very poor Internet not working calls are not going but every month we need to pay if we need service I request specially @reliancejio if you don't have network service please don't take money

@JioCare looks like i hve 2 register complain in GrahakSuraksha.U guys only assure me on Twitter and then no real work is done. Dis is mismanagement at worse. Ur employees checked problem 3 days ago nd yet theres no update or resolve in problem.Will post dis on every social media

Today is the 5th time, Ihave registered the 5th service request for termination of my service. But every service request is being resolved or closed, without even actually resolving, informing or updating me. Not a single update from their side. @reliancejio @JioFibre @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio full delhi suffering becoz of jio network only comes on roads..when enter inside office or home..network goes away...no internet also..so many complaints no action..even walky talky was better then their 3rd class 4G services..jio shud close this business..

@reliancejio very poor service in my area. The arial distance between your Jio’s tower and my home is approximately 3 km but Internet speed and voice calling never work. Always facing call drop issues.

3-4 days back I ported in to @JioCare from VI as there was no coverage for VI at my house but I think there is no benefit I am getting by changing my network provider to JIO @JioCare as its coverage is too very bad..Totally disappointed
