Dear @reliancejio our village more than 2000 people are used #jio but jio service is very poor Internet not working calls are not going but every month we need to pay if we need service I request specially @reliancejio if you don't have network service please don't take money

@JioCare My jiofi connection (7982679346) is not working for some time. I tried to report the issue through Jio app but its bot is useless. There's no way to file a complaint. I have faced such issue several times. The customer complaint redressal system of #jio is a farce.

@JioCare Paid Rs.2500, Order No. NO0000H62TG3, service engineer was schedule on 20th April, no one turned up, for your info there was no restrictions or lockdown. Paid again Rs.2500 due to urgency of internet Order No. NO0000HCQ9BK till date no response. Call 9954055553 urgently

@reliancejio @JioCare Number of call drops is getting higher...very very very unstable network...sometimes for hrs im out of network and i wont know...need to switch on and off or comeback from airplane mode to restore service.. very very annoying and pathetic service
