And no one is coming at our house to solve our problem that we have. Every time we call them day today it will be done, same thing every time. And no one comes at our door. Today also they have told us that, someone will come till 3-4 pm. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare So, without replacing the defective router, without doing anything, Jio is telling that the problem is resolved! Shameful that Jio has such poor customer service! No senior gets involved, just untrained and unqualified technicians make phone calls

So I have complained Jio customer service, for broken cable of my jio fiber. I have registered the complain on 7 March, 2022. From that day to till this day they have been assigning various people for the task. @reliancejio @JioCare
