    Dear @reliancejio our village more than 2000 people are used #jio but jio service is very poor Internet not working calls are not going but every month we need to pay if we need service I request specially @reliancejio if you don't have network service please don't take money

    Dear @JioCare, Despite being a corporate customer, the WiFi range is very poor and the connection does not work properly. Multiple complaints and engineer visits have not resolved the issue. Service ID: 532500119253 If this continues, we may have to discontinue the connection.

    @JioCare Thank you JioFiber for proving that customers can be charged even during repeated service outages. “We understand your inconvenience” apparently translates to “we’ll still deduct your validity.” Amazing efficiency in billing downtime as active service. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @121NKNKT Me too! They cancelled my order NO0001D0EP1G on 27 April and no refund till date. Worst part is the customer support! An 'idhar dabao, udhar dabao' number and a chatbot replying on mail and SM.
