    @JioCare Hi we can connect now. Pls resolve this ASAP. I called customer care just now and I was to they are rescheduling it now and gave date as 12th at 11 am. This is poor service. I have been calling multiple times since yesterday morning and now they reschedule it for tomm.

    @JioCare Worst service i am a retailer from Chopda Dist Jalgaon jio company cant provide sim to retailer they say they dont have sim stock then how can they provide services to customers kindly resolve this issue so that retailer can sell jio sim otherwise retailer will convert.

    Hi Team I have given disconnection request from last 2 months but no device pickup happened. Following up with customer care every other day but no fruitful action. This is how you guys fool the customers in the name of disconnection and refund policies @JioCare @JioFibre

    @JioCare - have jio-prepaid connection & on 10th Oct had recharged for annual plan paid by credit card, but upon checking found had recharged to wrong phone number- instead of actual number -pls help to cancel same immdly

    @reliancejio 5G? MukeshG pl ensure 4G gives service, it’s 48hrs since net is down no updates, usual automated msg hardly helps, no updates if & when net will be fictional. Usual doit yourself but it’s waste of time. Their needs to be a call center instead of automated msg. Pl update.
