Dear @reliancejio our village more than 2000 people are used #jio but jio service is very poor Internet not working calls are not going but every month we need to pay if we need service I request specially @reliancejio if you don't have network service please don't take money

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare very poor service from Mohali jio fiber service provider..I paid the amount and registered on 5days ago and they commited to install the equipment with in 24hrs... Still after 5 days it is not done...I did several follow up but all waste of time....

I chose Jio Fiber get installed it day before yesterday,It worked for one day, Yesterday it stopped working I lodged a complaint, Today some engineers came and they fixed it in the afternoon, Now it's not working,More connections less Port was the problem. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare But why do you need customers time and patience for a simple pick-up. Your engineers are purposely harassing #jiofiber customers. Can't you see this simple thing. I requested 30 days for my connectivity issue but it couldn't be resolved by your engineers.

Tired from ****** service of @JioCare contacted them twice about internet issues and they told it will get resolved by 6 pm then they delayed it 8 pm I am yet to see any action from their part
