@JioCare INSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number NO0000K1WO05 is scheduled on 16-01-2022 : 13:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after INSTALLATION. Please share the same with our service engineer to confirm completion

Even after calling @JioCare multiple times, all they did was extended the engineer visit. In the previous engineer visit, he said "Can't fix your connection" and left. What's more surprising is that my neighbours have working JioFibre connection, the issue is just with me.

@JioCare Speed has gone drastically down since yesterday @ 6pm around Shree Awas Sector 18B, Dwarka Delhi 110078. All nearby area is down. Signal bars reduced to just 1. Plz rectify. Seems a problem of nearby Tower
