    Dear @reliancejio our village more than 2000 people are used #jio but jio service is very poor Internet not working calls are not going but every month we need to pay if we need service I request specially @reliancejio if you don't have network service please don't take money

    @reliancejio @JioCare trying to highlight speed issues since several days, not a single service request created recently, yes I have restarted router, using LAN connecting directly to router, not using VPN and router supports 5GHz band as well. On 2499 plan getting 150 MBPS speed

    @JioCare Just admit it u are slowing down speed. 4G has started to feel like Gprs/2G. False promises looting customers.

    @JioCare Will mobile internet speed increase after the recent 4G spectrum auction? Jio bought lots of spectrum. Just correct me. That's the last hope for me. Slow internet speed has made life miserable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your signal in Miryalaguda town is degrading day and day. Am facing issue from 3months.Everytime they say Network Enhancement. If u r gng to continue d same pls let MLG people know so we can Port to Airtel which is far better in Our town
