@reliancejio @ril_foundation Stop this all promotion and start work on your customer service. I was initiated my MNP ptoc6 airtel to jio yesterday's. But jio staff has out wrong pin, hence my application has rejected. I am waiting since last 1hr but no one is responding.i already paid. #CustomerService

@reliancejio its been more than 24 hours the network is down in shahpur dhoklam every alternate days there is problem with the network , its down we pay you so much but what is the benefit when there is no network the company say there is no generator working on the tower install

@JioCare I approached them the same day and they asked me to raise a complaint. And its been 2 days. The customer support helpline is friendly but even they have no response from the technical team. As much as I hate to tarnish your name openly, I have left w no other choice. @JioCare 2/2

@JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio why are you not addressing my issue? Please check your DM. Jio fibre is down since 6 days. Nobody cares to address. Mine is annual subscription valid till Jan 2022. Every day I raise new ticket & u close it without resolution.
