    @JioCare it takes u 10 days to let me know this & that too when i complaint 2nd time on twitter ? my connection was free connection. when did it become paid ? i was never informed. i never received any bill by email or sms or paper. how much dues ? my internet is not working since mid aug

    @JioCare i asked in august to disconnect my connection n refund my deposit of Rs. 2,500. no reply yet. a month ago i kept sending request to change plan to bronze so i can renew but no reply yet. now i m tired of ur pathetic customer service n would like to disconnect n get my SD refund.

    Had booked Jiofiber 10 days ago , but still there is no response from their side. This is pathetic service.@reliancejio @JioCare . Going with Airtel seems a better option here.

    @JioCare hello, while trying to play any channel in JioTV app, its saying "you must be on Jio network to play the channel". But I am already on Jio network. Please help, I am not able to see any channel. @OfficialJioTV @reliancejio
