    Dear @reliancejio our village more than 2000 people are used #jio but jio service is very poor Internet not working calls are not going but every month we need to pay if we need service I request specially @reliancejio if you don't have network service please don't take money

    @JioCare Seems you are not able to understand the issue. Thats what I said. First year was free and now asking for subscription. Means when you get a loyal customer, you ask for subscription from them otherwise for first year its free. Strange logic

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello Is there any one give response for my problem . In reliance jio there are no customer safety and security protocol Because reliance jio never verify documents at the time of new sim connection or mnp I have proof and i will prove it !! Keep it up!!

    @JioCare due to super low speeds and terrible customer support i will not be using jio fiber anymore evem after calling multiple times no one solves the problem except telling to reboot the router
