Dear @reliancejio our village more than 2000 people are used #jio but jio service is very poor Internet not working calls are not going but every month we need to pay if we need service I request specially @reliancejio if you don't have network service please don't take money

@reliancejio I bought iPhone 13 from Reliance Digital Store Jaipur in July which turned out to be a manufacturing defect after which the store refused to replace and the manager misbehaved, Reliance employees calling the customer and abusing and threatening to kill him.

Hello,@JioCare I've done all the basic settings as your agents asked me to do, I've newest model 5G phone, since last 5-6 months I'm facing data speed problem, multiple calls and chats with care didn't work. I get promised speed only on the last day of my recharge validity. ?????
