@JioCare Hey Yasmeen go and check previous tweets and call recording, I was being told whole 2500Rs will be refunded when it was installed and even speaking to customer executive in month of April, I confirmed that 2500 will be refunded after deposit of device.

@JioCare Shared the details through direct mag. Let’s see what is the solution your are offering. Don’t come and say we don’t have the system to trace the payment and auto activation of service. Someone will do it manually and it may take 6 days.

@JioCare very poor jio fiber service at Bhubaneshwar,odisha after several times complain engineer not come and after 24hours closed the complain. My complain SR0000150S42 same situation. Last two days no internet in my connection. No any respond.
