Dear @reliancejio our village more than 2000 people are used #jio but jio service is very poor Internet not working calls are not going but every month we need to pay if we need service I request specially @reliancejio if you don't have network service please don't take money

@JioCare Its really a worst situation to call and follow up the customer service and people there on regular basis for relocating our jiofibre complaint which has been raised a week ago these losers don't even have the guts to receive the call and share an status update..

@reliancejio I tried so many times for installation of the reliance jio fiber box in my building even the sales man came and he signed and filled the form also for the same but nothing got happened. There is fiber line at 100 meter distance. But not in my building worst service

@JioCare frustrated with jio fiber. Can't get a stable connection, get disconnected after about 5 mins or get a "no connection" message, called 18008969999 to no avail, was told they are having problems at their end, problem has been persistent for 6 days now
