One day delay in bill payment and @JioCare @reliancejio will cut your connection. Executive are damn rude, it like they are doing a favour. Just attitude over postpaid bill is not acceptable. FYI I paid the bill and now porting it to @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare The issue was resolved a few days back but now again it is not working. The red light is continuously blinking. I don't know how many days I have to wait now again to get the issue resolved.

My jioFiber service is not working for four days. Yesterday an engineer arrived and I don't know what he did, the service started working but after some time the red light is blinking randomly and fiber is not working .. Really disgusting #JioFiber #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @DoT_India Same problem of zero network repeating after 2 to 3 weeks. It can only be accessed when one is outside the home. This is my third or fourth complaint regarding the same issue, but it keeps on repeating!

@reliancejio very bad experience with Jio at my Village - Nawgawan Harinagar West Champaran Bihar, PIN - 845104. Worst class network. Signal frequently out, network speed like 'Bailgadi'. Can we hope for better data connectivity!
