Dear @reliancejio our village more than 2000 people are used #jio but jio service is very poor Internet not working calls are not going but every month we need to pay if we need service I request specially @reliancejio if you don't have network service please don't take money

@JioCare Service Request number SR000012R0OU Complaint made on 1st Nov, still no resolution. Unable to add extra data packs due to too many being on account, just a simple request to remove ones from which data is consumed. Seriously I don't understand what is so hard in this.
