Dear @reliancejio our village more than 2000 people are used #jio but jio service is very poor Internet not working calls are not going but every month we need to pay if we need service I request specially @reliancejio if you don't have network service please don't take money

@reliancejio has been giving me slow speed for six months. Their service engineers came to my home last Saturday and couldn't solve the problem. They said they would resolve the problem,but they didn't. When I called customer service, they had no clue about anything. @TRAI

@JioCare worst support ever. Now I understand why it's called cheap wifi. It's been 3 days since my fibre is inactive, but no escalation team and no service is holding up any responsibility. Keep up with the pathetic service. Kindly check all the call logs, to understand.

@JioCare @Abhi98839560 I recently tried to call my Jio number from another phone, and it said that my number was switched off. I think my Jio number got deactivated because I haven't recharged it for quite some time. I also checked and confirmed that the problem is not with the device that I am using.

I have shared all the details with you. Your customer cre says to connect with Airtel and Airtel cus care says to connect with jio. Why am I being made to run in circles?? @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys can’t sort out such a small issue !!
