    Dear @reliancejio our village more than 2000 people are used #jio but jio service is very poor Internet not working calls are not going but every month we need to pay if we need service I request specially @reliancejio if you don't have network service please don't take money

    @jiocare @reliancejio It's been 2weeks how long do you need to give a connectivity, your team who comes down pass my number to other vendors I.e airtel for connection,I don't understand what kind of business/adjustment this is?I have wasted my money&time no responds on cal&emails

    @reliancejio I contacted your team on 3rd Nov for business plan and multiple sim cards for my employees. Got the sim cards in 10 days time but almost 40 days in the sim Cards still are not activated. Never had such a disappointing experience. I regret considering Jio for this!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani i request for port in from airtel postpaid to jio postpaid but i didn't need now jio postpaid. So please cancel my port in request and refund my sequrity deposit.

    I think this kind of behaviour is definitely not a good way to treat your customers. Your support executive listened to me & disconnected call after completing my problem infront of him. One of them was Sanskar(name of person who picked my call) CC: @TRAI #MukeshAmbani @JioCare

    @reliancejio dude when you will change your resolution line!!! All are using the same network in your area that’s why you’re facing low speed!!! Everyone is doing wfh and using jio then how am I supposed to use the network #poor speed #pathetic network #worst customer service 🤮
