More than one hundred users of @reliancejio of my locality have decided to port our jio numbers. The network is so bad that we need to come out from home to make a call. @TRAI we want our money back for unused data because of poor network coverage. La.26.7137868 Lo.93.1638486

@JioCare I have requested for the disconnection of my jio fiber and recovery of the device is already delayed for 3 times. Everytime I get a response that the service agent was unable to reach me. I have not expected this sort of service from Jio. Disappointed. :(

@reliancejio, I had taken a jio fiber subscription for sometime and unfortunately due to urgent relocation, I had to discontinue the connection. However, I was promised a refund of the amount that I had paid (INR1500) after giving back the set-up box. The Refund never came.

@JioCare Please make sure the issue us addressed and resolved from your end as soon as possible. If such poor response continues from @JioCare, I would not think twice, before I switch over to another ISP with a far superior customer service. @reliancejio
