@reliancejio una le to see topup plans, called customer care and they said the state and circle is different. Now I am being asked to visit a store. What a pathetic service and waste of time! Why dint you guys fix these things proactively?
@JioCare Although I cleared all my dues with my previous operator you have debarred my no. since 1 day. Submitted all my documents. But still no update, very poor service
@JioCare It is close to a week now... I have shared screenshot of payment and still recharge not getting reflected. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is much much better in problem resolution

Today again I'm not able to call anybody and received their call because of very poor services and networks. Few hours ago I already given my personal number but no response received from your side. I already said this is main reason you loss 1000s of subscribeers. @JioCare
@JioCare Well that's what my concern is, you are just mimicking what your phone support mentioned. I don't have a nearby reliance jio store. Also, why should I pay for a sim to get replaced? When you guys delivered a faulty sim that too just 4 days back.

Just observed @reliancejio even being a private organisation is no less then any lethargic govt. PSU. Since last 2 days my WIFI is down and even after complaining several times the employees have no idea when can any serviceman come to solve the problem👏🏽👏🏽 @reliancejio @JioCare
