    Me with my team membrs family Members decided to Leave @reliancejio forevever becuse of not responding our appeal for install a tower or improve the network connection in our locality. Byby @reliancejio @JioCare @jio so many hopes were with you 😥😥

    @JioCare The problem arises when my friend dial my jio number from his jio number. But whenever I use to dial his number my call get connected. If the problem remain same I will retweet it to TRAI and port my number.

    @JioCare Facing network outrage in our area. No network from this morning. And there was no network yesterday as well. Not related to sim/handset. Happening with everyone. Zero bars/coverage. Customer support doesn’t know anything beyond sim settings. 784153 is area pin. Help.

    Hello @reliancejio & @JioCare "Emargency Call Only" always same problem, No Electricity, No Network. Please fixed the issue parmanently. Otherwise I will switch to other networks.

    @reliancejio we have lot of Jio users in our locality however we do not have jio mobile tower.. Our area is Nankey Basti, No. 1 Monabari, PO Laharijan, Pin: 784176. We are facing lot of problem as we cannot use internet from home. Kindly install Jio tower in our locality..

    @TRAI and @JioCare and @Speedtest cannot contact with jio customer care executive by dialing 198 or 18008899999. Everytime the call get disconnected after explaining my balance. I have facing some problem. Really pathetic service. This is how jio treating its customer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio There’s huge net speed issue at my place. I have tried calling customer care and chats too. But there is response from Jio CC. I had changed my plan from 30mbps to 100mbps but since I have changed the plan speed is not even near 10mbps.

    @JioCare From MyJio app also, it's not showing the scheduled appointment. It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours). Also I don't see any engineers working for the resolution. #jiofiberdown #jio
