@JioCare Hi,Can you please reply on this? As service is now marked close but nothing was collected, no one called, no email or sms. I need to know till when I need to wait so that someone comes and collect the device? I hope you realise that I need to relocate and thats why asked urgency.

Services of @reliancejio & @JioCare is really pathetic my complaint- SR0000140KO5 was registered on 15-2-21 but still its unresolved, everyday new slot for engineers visit is given but no one bothers to come and provide solution, cheating with customer is major agenda of @JioCare

@JioCare I don’t have Jio number. I just mentioned you to inform that jio network works fine but airtel didn’t. May be I will switch over to Jio, just like most of other residents. Thank you.
