    @JioCare This is the second time I had disappointment customer service. Yesterday i.e. on 15th Sep 2019 I was promised to get the new SIM by Monday i.e. 16th Sep 2019 at 11 am but unfortunately no proper response got from your side. This is bad situation and I am beyond upset.

    @JioCare Hello sir, Your service providers in anantapur are not at all giving any response and behaving in rude manner when asked for service... He's saying "whom ever you want to tell you can, I just don't care". We requested service of jio fiber. Pls respond asap.

    @reliancejio We're facing a dead connection in a well developed residential area in Pune (moshi). We contacted jio customer service through a wifi calling and got no response . It's like living in a mountain. I'm having no other choice rather to switch the network. #Jiodown
