    @reliancejio Hi, it's been a long time since I ported my number in Jio, but the internet speed is not increasing in my area. And now I think I will have to change my number back to Airtel because I am facing the same problem for a long time.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani No resolution whatsoever.. It's been weeks now and guess what Jio cares a damn.. no revert from customer care, local technicians.. will shift to @airtelindia now

    @JioCare I'm old school. Integrity Loyalty matters. I stayed @airtelindia even when @reliancejio ambushed the 2 main operators customer base with free offers. I come with some attitude of a spoilt brat too. If you have the courage to match, only then touch me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Kindly help my friend's in the esim process she had gone to the jio store even when she was pregnant and the store did all the work for making the phisical sim converted to esim. And they assured it will be activated within one hour now the

    @reliancejio worst services increasing cost day by day in everything. Stop use this bloody jio bas paisa kamana hai ott apps ke bam pe jio paisa lootta hai.....set-top box mai 1000rs ka recharge ke bad ott apps ke liye alag recharge karvao bloody fraud jio now bas ab stop use jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio facing network problem at my alternate number. Daily experiencing 6 -8 hrs with no network. Due to this dropping mine work in loss. Also called once for issue. No resolution up till now. Number is in name of wife who is unable to visit jio store. Ridiculous

    @JioCare I understand the offer cannot be restored once cancelled. That is completely fine with me. I no longer want the Amazon Prime Lite subscription through Jio. Please proceed with cancelling/disabling it from my account. I need a proper resolution.
