    @JioCare I have recharged 300mbps plan, I am getting 120 mbps, I was getting more speed in in my 150mbps plan, I talked to customer care , he said this speed is absolutely fine, can you tell me why I am not even getting 50 % of speed and that's okay?

    @JioCare .....said that now there is no dues upon you recharge for Rs.470/- when I tried to recharge again a dues of Rs.592/- shown. I stopped recharge . Still I am unaware of actual dues . However during billing period service of jf was not available to me.

    @sandeep05946 Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare
