    @JioCare But what if I don't want to renew or will do it later, my renew date is 3 days away. There should be some process to get it to stop.Don't you think in an emergency it's important for the call to go through rather than hearing the notification especially when I still have validity

    @JioCare after receiving a zillion msg and notification, I get that my plan is getting expired & I need to renew it. There's no need to say the same thing over call in 2 languages. Sometimes we have to make emergency call, I don't have the time to wait & hear 10 secs of tht msg

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare The service which is offered by Jio in Chennai is really pathetic. SR0000147T2I this service request is not been answered for past 3 days. As TRAI is the regulatory body I want to formally lodge a complaint against Jio as there is no response. HELP!!!

    @JioCare I am sorry to say that your network services are deteriorating by the day...I used to be so happy with network speed when I took the connection initially, but these I am happy if I can browse even for 15 mins at a stretch...👎 A big let down!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I first reported the issue (Paid my bill but it's not getting reflected in your systems) over DM on 27 Feb, it's been more than 10 days, and a simple issue is not bieng resolved!!!
