@reliancejio recently bought a Jio prepaid 4G e-sim from store and the guy charged me an extra 99 bucks (on top of monthly plan) for some Jio Prime service stating that a mandatory addon. Care to explain why force a new customer to get Jio Prime service?

@JioCare JioFiner connection installation done against ORN NO0000J20GAZ without service on 16 Oct 21. No line up and no internet. Paid 1.5k security deposit with tnc 1 month free service post which 1k deduct in the name of installation. RC as per installation guy : cable burnt.

@JioCare Tried reaching customer care through MyJio app but no support. If Jio is unable to provide service why Jio is deducting 1k in the name of installation? And if no support is there from Jio for providing uninterrupted service why I am expected to accept Jio tnc?
