@reliancejio @JioCare My internet is giving a lot of issue with speed almost negligible even after having 100Mbps speed. Reaching your support is pain in itself.. Can this be fixed or let us know so that we can switch to other providers.

@reliancejio have been complaining repeatedly about internet speed on my Jio Fibre connection but no one has come to resolve the problem, getting very slow speed. At the helpline the executives are not able to assist unless they are told the modem status as if v r liars.
