@JioCare @Yuvaraj_627 Change network as I am doing. They will say that they will check and you are in low coverage area or many people are using internet etc. And they will say we are expanding our network coverage,So don't trust.Go on open signal app and see which company is giving good 4G in is area

@reliancejio we are facing low network issue from longtime in my village, all my family member are using jio network and many time not able to connect any call, forget about internet, I never expect such poor performance from Jio. Village Jamsar, Latghat Azamgarh

@JioCare my jio fiber was giving an issue. I requested a complaint via jio app. I books an appointment of 3pm to 4pm slot. I got a call that he will come to me till 5pm. I said ok. But now he is not coming and nor picking my call. My service req no is SR000018SG5A.

@JioCare No resolution no call back till now It has been a week or so that I have complained you regarding my issue. I have shared the details regarding the problem about 3 times now, what a pathetic customer service you guys provide, there is no customer care number provided to contact .
