    @JioCare @Yuvaraj_627 Change network as I am doing. They will say that they will check and you are in low coverage area or many people are using internet etc. And they will say we are expanding our network coverage,So don't trust.Go on open signal app and see which company is giving good 4G in is area

    @JioCare Kuch nahi hoga @reliancejio many years i complaint bu nothing happen bas lutne mein lagge hai can u reply why airfiber limit is 1000gb and fiber 3300 gb diffrence in fiber airfiber why?

    Very disappointing experience with @reliancejio . I’ve been a loyal @reliancejio customer for the last 7–8 years. Unfortunately, I lost my SIM around two months ago, and that number is linked to my bank accounts, government documents, and many important services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio this is your true 5g What is the benefit of doing such an expensive recharge when your network does not work, steal the network, your Jio's own app does not work, that is why we are forced to port the SIM, please spend money on the networks towers fix it !

    Hello @JioCare it’s been one week that my Jio fiber is not working. I am making continuously compliant and doing call to customer care but no response from their side since one week. Is this how you give your service to customer. It’s really pathetic that I am not able to do office related work.

    Hi, @JioCare @reliancejio @AshwiniVaishnaw it's almost 10 days since I lodged my complaint no MR0001FCPQ03. There's regular issue in my area. No network connectivity. Even not able to explore myjio app. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare its more than 36 hours since the service outage, u guys haven't even communicated the estimated time for reinstation of Jiofibre services, your customer care service is absolutely pathetic are we gonna get our services back today or not, atleast tell us this @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare What technical reason? Your technician put it on hold, marked a fake locality outage and left because he wanted to route the wire through my window. Stop giving scripted excuses and investigate him. #Jio

    Very poor response from @reliancejio regarding JioAirFiber installation. I registered my mobile number for a new connection, but no one has contacted me for eKYC or installation yet. No proper update or follow-up from the team.

    @JioCare Why did your technician walk away without even informing me? Your own customer support confirmed there was no technical issue and internet was available in my locality. He marked a fake locality outage and put the relocation on hold. Don’t insult customers with scripted lies #Jio
