    @reliancejio In my area your internet network is very bad and even after many complaints it does not run properly. My mobile rarely gets 1 mbps speed.

    @JioCare service and customer care is very worst. Data can leave any time. And there is no customer care executive to help and Myjio app and whatsapp customer care is useless without data.

    cancellation request hasn't been processed till date. I got a call frm customr care & after t8 I recd a msz that my request has been closed bt thr was no confirmation abt disconnection. I wnt refund of my security deposit, I hvn't used the service since 27 Feb. @reliancejio
