@reliancejio fed up with your network... Network speed is reducing day by day, out of curiosity i bought an @airtelindia sim, way way better than JIO. bye bye jio.. The only way you could survive is by acquiring Airtel and messing up with their network connectivity.

@JioCare now tell me that I have recharged my prepaid jio fiber on 1st July 2022 Problem resolved on 16 th . Complain on 1st July 2022. I need to know that 16 days time loss. Why customer will be bear. You have to increase the validity of lost time for your delay

@JioCare So according to you "Ruksar" i will pay for 30 days plan. 16 days you won't offer service. And still you will charge for 30 days nice theory. I would consider if u would take 2 or 3 days to resolve the issue but u have taken 16 days unacceptable ok

I switching to airtel because of poor customer support from jio @reliancejio @JioCare today the internet speed was pathetic 12kbps is this 4G? I complained about the speed but response is unnecessary #jio #worstnetwork #jio4g

@JioCare wanted to port out my jio sim because of your unreliable network and plans that covers least of my needs just to be disappointed in you again becuase i don't have any recharge in my jio sim because it doesn't work near my house now i can't port out bcause of no recharge
