    @JioCare what the rubbish services you are providing to customers in Laxmi nagar, Delhi. I think according to you customer is 'kast se mar'. After taking monthly rentals you even don't connect to call to customer care or speak customer care pe call kyu karna

    Coming to the data Speed the experience is even more worst. And the data Speed is maximum 40kbps and minimum is 1kbps. Streaming of YouTube is even worst ..@JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio, @ViCustomerCare but no one get provided solutions. I have write email, send messages on Twitter and raise complained with customer care executive but issue still persist. We are in 2021 and government and telecom operators planning to launch 5G services in country

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service provider it has become. no network coverage once u enter any premises,and situation is worst with data..speed less than 2g..takes a full day to load a page at times.and when opt for port out they promises of evrything impossible.

    @JioCare worst customer care 198 and 199... Called 198 , when ever you reach to talk executive through IVR ..It's got disconnected ...
