I used Airtel fibre, same situation arise there resolve same day. I listen. Jio Fiber is very good so I moved to Jio Fiber but now this is very very bad experience in my life

May I know where is it updated as resolved? Also if low priority is set considering the timeline is @JioCare not interested to retain customers?

Till now no internet connectivity. Pathetic customer service. No resolution after logging multiple tickets. Can any look into this!!
