    @reliancejio fed up with Customer Care...left does not know what right is doing...payment confirmed on email & SMS by JIO but still being shown as OUTSTANDING... CC does not bother to correct it in spite of Calls

    @JioCare @fiber_jio Still my issue is unresolved On daily basis I have been given appointment for engineer's visit to fix the issue. But at last it remains unresolved. And status updated by the service in charge person as resolved without even visiting my premises.
