    @JioCare Even after 06.08.24 you are still unaware of my matter? All informations are available to you through DM, emails but you never see your DM or emails. On 11.02.25 your Habiba informed on X that my matter is resolved & since then I am asking that how it is resolved but no reply

    @reliancejio @JioCare I feel sorry for you guys..Your social media service is awful..I had to call and escalate the issue ..New resolution time I have received is 8 hours.Just restore my internet

    @reliancejio fiber internet is down for a week and nobody seems to care. Tried reaching out to @JioCare for support but all they want me to do is wait till the end of the day. The tech asks me to share my jio login details or he won't work on my request. Jio support is a joke.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Service is becoming crap. Facing this issue every few months and no one even bothers to solve the issue properly. I can DM all the SR numbers if you want to help.

    @JioCare This is not a coverage issue. Earlier n78 (3500 MHz) was working perfectly at the same location with ~700 Mbps. Since 21 April, only n28 is available. Please confirm if n78 is currently disabled or under maintenance on this tower and provide a clear timeline.

    @reliancejio @JioCare this is highly frustrating experience..despite of all efforts from my side ..my jio fiber is down with no internet access..you guys charged 3 months advance from me for this kind of experience..zero ratings from my side.

    @JioCare This is my final warning regarding the 2-year network failure at Village Khalkochak (804422); Ihave documented all evidence and will file a Consumer Court case if this is not resolved immediately. Stopthe excuses and provide a solution today, or I will see you in court.@nch1915

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not acceptable. Complaint already closed without resolution and still no clear answer. n78 (3500 MHz) is unavailable near a tower 300m away despite working earlier. Please confirm if the band is disabled and give a definite timeline.
