@reliancejio Atleast speed your internet service, can't able to watch the news channel harrassment, better we watch some shows if it's act like 4g service

@JioCare you have a pathetic customer support team, I ask them how do I terminate my current exhausted pack, she has no clue she tells me she can't do it and I won't be able to do it then who will do it, my mother. what is the point of having a customer support team??

And the customer service is terrible for both @ViCustomerCare and @JioCare No one is better, both are worse... But sticking with the one that offers one/two good things over others seems rationale decision as of now...
