    @reliancejio network down in the area (400005) for more than 2 weeks now. Unable to make calls, no internet. Filed a complaint about a week back with @JioCare. Not fixed yet.

    @JioCare Complaint no SR000011ZCTM still not attended to .. Apparently there is a fibre cut and it was supposed to be rectified by 6.30 pm yesterday. That commitment was given by ur technical support.... Pathetic service ... No high level persons in ur company answerable is it ?

    @JioCare Since when you guys have started behaving like other service providers? It's been 4 days I have raised complaint.Everyday I call to ur customer care they say your visit is scheduled for tomorrow. The same I am hearing from 17th Aug'20. (1/2)

    @VodafoneIN please stop your TV ad campaign to promote VI, it's really annoying & the music is so irritating. This is the worst ad I've ever seen. @airtelindia @reliancejio please help them with a good PR team.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why do u say tht the first month is complimentary for all new connections and post the payment send me an invoice saying that the refund for the device is 500 n monthly internet is 1000 & I will get this full refund only if I cancel the plan in first month

    @JioCare @reliancejio service of JIO provides is pathetic.Had made a compliant on 6th and till date there has been no response inspite of holding gold subscription. Product & Service differentiation is not in their paradigm.

    @JioCare Pls arrange the engineer visit today. You promise 24 hour service result. It has been third day today. No response. Office work of 3 of us at home is impacted because of it.

    @JioGigaFibre @reliancejio @JioCare my jio fiber connection is not working since Sunday, 6th September. Service request was raised SR00001268PW I was told engineer visit on Sunday itself then I was told Monday then Tuesday and then 16th. It impacts office work. Pls expedite

    Service providers like @reliancejio are forcing us to buy disney+hotstar membership. I have paid for data i have paid for VIP Membership to @DisneyPlusHS then why jio is stoping me from using hotstar. @reliancejio you are here to give data not to control how we use it. Contd.

    @JioCare @ichoure Same is the issue with me. I’m getting options to change plan. I have paid for a lower plan yesterday. But it still asks me to pay again as per my old plan. @JioCare you need to sort this out. Also check my dm I’ve attached all screenshots.

    @JioCare I am not able to call from my child ac no since i added it in my family plan, it is three week over, I am really disappointed the feedback received from JIO appellate team who is not reading my emails and just keep replying stupid feedbak.
