    @akashambaniril #jiocare #trai Shamefully the nodal/appellate officer is also sleeping on a customer issue he hasn't bothered to attend to the issue and resolve the issue. What an approach??? I just need my number back or port it to an other operator

    We have 3 small cells installed in our premises. Even then there is ZERO network coverage. Multiple calls to the nearest JC have been ignored. I am available at 9873921451 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Bakavas service from Customer care, Last three days share all details in DM, my running no give to another one. I submit all document but my SIM used another one.last four days face a lots of issue from jio care.

    @reliancejio why you are making fool to your customers. You can't give good service in 4G and talking about 5G . Since 2 year i am facing same issue . You are saying new site will be launch in your location and it will improve your network. You are doing nothing for network.

    @JioCare @PelamPaali Its waste of time doing DM to them. Better switch to Airtel. I am also fed up with jio. Raised many complaints on network issues. But no action has been taken till now. #JioWorstService
