@JioCare After following up for past so many days still no rectification in march bill. Not sure if the billing system implemented for you is even industry standard as no rectification process in place to correct billing errors. Guys will you pls get the GST issue rectified for March?

@JioCare we pay huge premium for your fibre plans like 500mbps. Still you cant manage to provide speeds upto atleast 480mbps. Then what is the use of continuing your services?! Logged service request atleast thrice. But each time you close it citing issue been resolved.

@JioCare @JioCare Any TAT for this? It's more than 60 days since I have raised the issue. If your developer is not able to find the issue then they can seek my help. I can train them better in debugging and coding. 😡😡

@JioCare it's been two month but didn't get solution from jio team. They wrongly charged amount, I proved them but they are ready to accept. Should is disconnect #JioFiber Or continue service. They never call to customers to solve their problems.
