    Dear @JioCare your service centre procedure is pathetic. Let them accept phones for repair, check it then call, no issues. But, here they make us wait, they take a handset of 1 person, take his own sweet time to check, then next person, repeat..there is no log either or q system

    @JioCare Mr Viral Plz call me I want to talk with you on this Topic bcoz it's not new Prblm it's 1.5 years old prblm complaint no. SR00000ULMD1 ur last date 11/03/2019 and today is 16/04/2019 means 1.5 months over nd now u r saying it's in feature what kind of service is this @DoT_India
