    @JioCare Pls help to resolve internet speed issue. Starting from January facing dead slowness .With current pandemic situation WFH highly dependent on the proper internet connectivity and speed. Due to slowness we have been forced to office. Coordinates: 9.8890119, 79.1094499

    I am using jio from last 1 years so many network issue call cross connection, always slow data speed, no network in Villages. For what you are taking money from people. Indoors network are too bad. @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima

    @JioCare I using jio fiber since two years,now I’m internet is not working properly and in a month 6 to 7 times outage occurs which is also frustrating and now I’m internet is not working so slot provided by customer care was 3pm to 4pm on 24/1/2022 and no body came

    @JioCare SR000018C4XJ is resolved multiple times without actually resolving the issue. Just blindly closing it. Not sure what’s done so far more than 10 days and still having issues
