    How does one describe @reliancejio fiber operations! the company has failed to address one issue for more than a week now. I have paid Rs 2910 (initial payment+ 3 recharges) so far and availed services worth nothing. Can @JioCare have my connection removed and my money refunded?

    @reliancejio @JioCare No proper response from the Jio team. I had done a mistake in filling the form but not able to get it corrected. There is no system to do correction online where the form is to be filled online. No customer care service. Very poor after-sales service.
