  Hi @reliancejio @JioCare This to report a fraud your authorised seller is doing. They are doing KYC and collecting money from customer and never pick up the call again. Kindly take appropriate action and ban the seller as they are fraud and do scams. Dealer no: +91 92418 34724

  Day 7 of trying to get my eSIM activated, and still absolutely no hlp frm Jio. The customer service has been nothing but frustrating. I’ll keep posting about this every day until Jio finally fix my issue @JioCare @reliancejio — he is it this difficult to provider basic support

  Strongly suggest to avoid for #Jio for telecom/broadband services. 1. Bought a new number sim from Jio Store on Sunday, (30th August) - its still not working. Visited store 3 times. Call centre puts on hold for 50mins, just to forward call to a Sr. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @SuvojitMukher14 @reliancejio @JioCare Go to the Supreme Court, otherwise Jio company will not even reply to you. Jio company does not respect consumers, it scams them... It fools the customer. Jio company only cares about money, after-sales service is not important in organizations
