    @JioCare Internet was down from 8 Apr to 21 Apr (~13 days). SR: SR000033OJK9. Issue resolved now, but this delay was unacceptable. As per policy, I’m eligible for 15 days rebate—requesting compensation and confirmation ASAP.

    Fed up with these customer care calls where they won't care about customers. Joi Fiber's worst service expected better service this is not at all acceptable charging double money and still no service giving excuses on every call. @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I have a 1‑year Jio AirFiber connection, but I am struggling to even get 20 Mbps speed. Most of the time it drops to 1 Mbps. Support is not helping at all. Very disappointed.

    @JioCare Very poor experience with Reliance Jio Fibre. Paid ₹807 for installation (Order No. NO0001CZW6F0) on 20 Apr 2026 after KYC, with promise of same-day installation. No service provided, no response from representative. Requesting immediate refund. #JioFiber #Customer

    @JioCare Dear Customer, Service request no SR000033HMOD has been raised in your account. You will receive an update for this request by 2026-04-21T10:27:30. Recieved on April 14 till now i didnt get my refund amount.

    @JioCare Have a real customer care executive to speak with the customer. Tickets are not resolved, emails have automated response. Since you are not able to provide service how to cancel the connection. I had dropped email response yet @ConsumerHelp_ @jagograhakjago

    My Jio Fiber WiFi hasn’t been working for 2 months. Raised multiple complaints, your agents visited but no fix provided. Still the same issue. Really fed up with this poor service. Need immediate resolution @JioCare
