    @JioCare @reliancejio One of sim card was not working from many days I went to the jio store near me for replacement of sim card but sims are not available from last 1month I got fed with calling 198 waste of time.Can you plz help me out for replacement of sim having the same no.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber my internet not working from last 3 days. SR000036CIOB raised but no engineer visit. Customer care says reschedule the visit. My work is getting impacted and getting no resolution from Jio. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare In which you have stated nothing. Why is the issue happening and when will it get resolved. Also mentioned it’s temporary issue but services are not available since 10am. WFH is getting effected.

    @JioCare i see no updates regarding my last complaint about the wifi issue. pls take some action. also do something about the representative who's trying to falsely convince me that jio doesn't provide services just because he doesn't feel like visiting my locality. details in DM

    Shameless service from Jio. Paid upfront for a 1 Gbps yearly plan. It’s been a month and speed hasn’t crossed 500 Mbps once. Endless calls, mails, DMs, technicians admitting there’s an issue, promises of “specialised teams” that never come. Feels like outright cheating. @JioCare
