@JioCare @reliancejio One of sim card was not working from many days I went to the jio store near me for replacement of sim card but sims are not available from last 1month I got fed with calling 198 waste of time.Can you plz help me out for replacement of sim having the same no.

@JioCare My parents shifted to different country recently and are not receiving any messages. I went to jio centre to clear the issue they said nothing can be done about it. The worst service by any provider. We are stuck because of not receiving otp. Should we port to airtel?

@JioCare Hello Abhijit, Just let me know a time within which a service engineer will reach out to my office. As with the customer care number seems like it will take 2-3 days for even a engineer to reach as there is no engineer in my area
