@JioCare @reliancejio One of sim card was not working from many days I went to the jio store near me for replacement of sim card but sims are not available from last 1month I got fed with calling 198 waste of time.Can you plz help me out for replacement of sim having the same no.

@reliancejio @TRAI From past 4 days Jio internet is not working at all. Visited jio gallery, they said everything is fine but Contact customer care. Then why have u opened gallery. Contacted CC also. They are giving all bullshit excuses.

@JioCare Very pathetic from Jio. Fed up with the service/support from Jio. If not resolve the issue, Surely will switch to other operator. Airtel is providing good network/services on my another mobile.

@JioCare Wish to switch to 199/- postpaid plan so went to nearby store. Store person said new sim will be issued after porting, 99/- towards subscription to be PAID AGAIN, security deposit to be paid as well... all this for an existing prepaid customer. Is this justified?

@JioCare I am facing slow internet speed issue on my mobile. I tried to connect Jio care via Jio chat but I got the reply that “You haven’t attached any plan whereas my plan is valid till March 2021. Even I used my other wifi network to connect to jio chat. Continue....

Hey @airtelindia i tried to port my @reliancejio number to @airtelindia but your staff is very bad . During call i asked them what do i need during changing sim so they said they need copy of aadhar card but when i reached there they said first i needto submit ₹80 cash (1)
