@JioCare @reliancejio One of sim card was not working from many days I went to the jio store near me for replacement of sim card but sims are not available from last 1month I got fed with calling 198 waste of time.Can you plz help me out for replacement of sim having the same no.

@JioCare Hi Team.... Rather then spending money..on..sponsoring team in IPL.use that for the eduction of your support team from the morning trying to get my issue fixed.But all in Vain..Network is gone in Australia connected with team through chat getting disconnected again&again

@reliancejio @JioCare I am overseas and my international roaming prepaid Jio number is not working since morning . I have called JIO overseas 12 times , sent mail but no response . I can receive sms . I have all required India local plans and International roaming plans activated
