    @JioCare @reliancejio I am really disappointed with your service. Internet down last 13 Jan & call 8-9 time JIO care every time a new request, open, residual & your jio engineer close the request with successful resolve without visit customer place. request id : SR000013P0RB,P8FA

    @JioCare Irresponsible people of all time. Worst customer service. I am complaining for tower installion for past 4 months. No response yet. Worst service. Irresponsible people.

    @JioCare worst network provider its like using 2g again in 2021 Thank you jio Just spent 600 r.s to use your 2g for 3 months damn what to do with you guys ??

    @JioCare @jaylokhil Because it is a worst service provider. It won't work in future as well. I struggled a lot finaly ported out. Now I am bit happy. Other @Airtel_Presence also having same issue but something good in comparison. Jio works 5 days and airtel works 10 days in a months.

    There are more than 1500 users are using @reliancejio in our village. But the network is very slow. There is tower far away from our village. Please setup a new tower for us, for the better connectivity. We have requested many times but it is the last. We have other options.
