@reliancejio I'm a Jio customer, my no. belongs to Delhi operator now I live in Bihar Katihar Barsai, my no has been lost due to which I'm unable to do any work no matter how many Jio stores are there in my area I do not have a green sim we need a green sim from nearest jio store

@JioCare I want a proper answer from your higher management that why should a person pay when he has not used the service. It’s fine you deduct the charge for a day and refund rest. But provide me the answer that how much it will be why should I wait. I have paid for a 6 months
