It amazes me to see how bad the @JioCare services can be. In the name of customer service, virtual bots provide zero to no assistance with limited options. There are no service agents when it comes to support. Despite mailing since 26.02.2026 there is no response.

@JioCare I have replied back with the details of the calls I made. This is just scamming your customers. First you don't provide service to me. Then when I call, I'm told that I should wait for the issue to be fixed and then I can claim rebate. Now I'm being denied the same.
