    @JioCare 7999742876 Place Mandsaur, Jio Network is worst now a days and fluctuations Network cell max 2 out of 5. Not working at all. Pls check.

    @JioCare Even if your expert technical team were to be coming from USA It would have taken him 15 hours to reach 5 hours repair & 15 hours to go back Total 35 hours . Now it's been 37 hours but no-one from from technical experts have come to resolve my issue Where is your expert team ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been three day since my internet's is not working like I can't even serch a simple things on Google whenever I call customer care they say that there is system upgrade work going on and you have wait 5 hour and now it's 80 hour

    @JioCare promiss for resolution in 3;15 hours.. Now 24 hours still same issue with network.. Complete network gone In Every 2 min ....

    @JioCare , not even replied to my last email since two days. When called, service engineer gives false promises or just don't pick the call.

    @JioCare Now it's been 36 hours since complaint.... Not internet still.... Thanks for lazy response @reliancejio. @JioCare... I have already called up a better ISP for a new connection... I will have 1 by 9.30 AM

    @JioCare I've been very patient till now. But clearly you don't value your customers and don't understand what is at stake. I can't risk losing my job due to unavailability caused by poor internet. Please settle my dues and take your set-top box & modem back.
