    @JioCare Hello Mohit This issue is still not resolved and still persisting in my locality. This is a pathetic service provided by jio. Hope you will look into the issue and provide a resolution at earliest. If the issue remains the same, there are 100 of people who are trying to port.

    @reliancejio home Fiber connection number 2235655012. We are facing connective issues on the WiFi...both 2.4GHz and 5G signal are weak often dont even connect or buffering issues are observed since last 7 days...please fix or we have to look for another provider.

    Dear @reliancejio and Jio Don't care - @JioCare My internet was down for 4 days 4479643299 and again down for two days SR00001ETMXQ and SR00001EUPN5. In a month for a prepaid connection downtime 7 days in a Metro. Pathetic service. Can you help? #JioFiber #Jio #jiojio

    @JioCare @JioCare apparently no one has come to help. No one has contacted till now. Worst thing is that I find some Mr.A’s number who is working for you in Dehradun. He says who are we to call him and we should not call him. Think I should escalate the same issue to someone responsible.
