    @JioCare @JioCare I clearly asked not to close my request without resolution, but it was closed without contacting or confirming with me. The issue persists with frequent internet disconnections and a red light on the router. Please reopen my request and resolve it permanently.

    @JioCare kindly look into the connection disruption of my jio fiber , +911813585647. It has been 50 hours I have made 12 calls raised 3 service requests but none of your technicians arrived to the location. Kindly let me know what else to do for resuming the connection.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare , while you have enough time to keep writing these automated apologies, can’t you just instruct your assigned engineer to actually visit my house once to rectify the issue? As you see Dharmendra Sahu has been assigned for a home visit since 6th August. @reliancejio is a huge company in this country ,don’t you guys have enough power and authority to simply tell your own engineer to visit the place and resolve an open ticket? Less typing, more doing.

    @JioCare @jiocare Kindly read the complete issue mentioned in the image before responding. Otherwise, there is no point in asking for the number and pretending to care about the customer. Even a normal person would take the time to read the issue properly and respond accordingly.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio your internet service has been disrupted in my area since 5:30 PM today. I was initially informed that the issue would be resolved by 9 PM, but I have now received another message saying it may not be fixed until 5 AM tomorrow. My work has been seriously affected because of this prolonged outage. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. Please look into this urgently.
