    @arpitmeena_49 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    Experiencing worst internet speed at smart city, can't even imagine what kind of 4g is this when you have an active connection and download speed is 0.01 kbps.talked with jio care but they can't give any satisfactory answer.@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare On MyJio app Duffer Jio chat representative is saying me to contact VI customer care. I already provided port code to Jio and Paid for recharge plan to Jio it's now JIO responsibility to port my number @TRAI
