@reliancejio Hello! I accidentally charged my Jio number with the wrong package on paytm instead of the 335 day package for 2300 approx i put the data package for 1200 approx fir 8 months. Can i change it please ? Customer service cannot help. A lot of money will be wasted. HELP

@Airtel_Presence Bloody hell. For just email update u need 7 days. Bloody rubbish. I think that’s why u falling and @reliancejio is leading. And i need rethink to be with u or changeover to Jio or Vi network. Disappointed with @airtelindia
