@RamanathanMaya I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@JioCare Yes I have merged from prepaid to postpaid in bonanza offer with 599 plan but I have not received vocher. Yesterday jio person came with settop box but didn't install saying that there is no voucher for me and service order is not created.Don't know what is happening. please help

@JioCare Hello there, I've been a Jio fibre customer for the past two years, and my service has been disrupted for the past two days. I've filed a complaint, and no engineer has arrived to resolve the issue after three days. We don't expect such service from such giant as you,
