@JioCare raised a complaint for internet speed and techie asked me to change the router. So I did the same and paid Rs 1500 & he also told me about recovery of old h/w but after a lots of follow ups no one contacted me yet. Let me know if you need SR number for that request.

@reliancejio @JioCare A feedback, you must send the OTP to the mail id as well along with the phone number . This will help people to proceed with payment of inactive sims (which doesn't entertain receiving OTPs) .
