@JioCare Having network problem from last 2 days. The network bar is at 0 and keeps on fluctuating. Today for 1 hour the network was full but now again it is down. The mobile tower is just 20 to 30 feet away from my location but then also i am facing this issue. Please help.

@iamatulkansal when calling on customer support they are disconnecting the calls without giving any resolution, from last 2 visits I have to pay the technician to do service at my location @JioCare I want justification on this issue and get this resolved as soon as possible.

Disgusting @JioCare @reliancejio govt. has instructed to stop internet service only in those district where the exam scheduled during exam but why in our district karimganj internet service stopped. There is no examination Centre.

@reliancejio @JioCare Why my net is down 4m morning? Cz as per Govt of Assam order, only during exam time (10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm) net should be down. Other networks had active net services till 9am today. Moreover @airtelindia has active data services right now. Then WTF r u doing?

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I don't think anyone in Jio wish to help their customers. I have been calling from yesterday that I accidentally paid for 300 Mbps, I usually pay for 30 Mbps. Need the paid amount to be split or refund so that I could pay for 3 months.
