@JioCare I am using Jio fibernet and getting a terrible experience. Have called up your customer care multiple times. They ask the same robotic questions about 3rd party VPN and router and at the end no complaint is registered. Can any human being with common sense call me?

@JioCare Thank you for the assurance. I have recharged with 149 rupees prior to complete of validity of previous recharge 599 as network is very slow. Kindly take appropriate actions to restore the facilities of previous recharge till the validity

@JioCare @airtelindia I have not been able to access the internet for the last 3 to 5 days, Jio's net is not running properly, due to which I am facing a lot of problems, and I have to port my number to someone else.

@JioCare @reliancejio The internet speed is too bad. The speed is <15kb/s. The worst thing is that I am tweeting this with net connection from other telecom company. Correct the net speed or I have to take some harsh steps. I am fed up of complaining same things time and again.
