@JioCare No communication from local Jio team, no engineer assigned or visited, no ETA to fix the issue, nothibg but template lines pasted in a tweet. Customers need and trust action. Don't become a company that doesn't care @reliancejio.

@JioCare Yet to receive my refund post my services cancellation worst is the call center service each time asking on the status putting the call on hold and disconnecting it #jio #JioFiber even post taking the bank details and returned the router in time.

@JioCare have you suddenly stopped Auto pay from Credit cards ? My existing Smart pay is not paid this month due to non receipt of bill to bank? Such uninformed abrupt changes cause serious issues to customers and May face disconnection from your side.Not happy with such actions.
