    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare Dear TRAI, please help as there is no commitment date from Jio Team for installation and prepaid payment done in advance on 30th Mar 2023 but none of the person support for installation.. As a customer we required your support...pathetic service JIO

    @reliancejio @JioCare Today I faced very strange issue with Jio. If you have mistakenly selected the wrong plan. You cannot change it in the same billing cycle. I'm struggling with their customer support team. They are simply helpless.
