  @JioCare haven't received Jio fiber refund till date, router was picked up 2 months ago but no money has been credited yet. Everytime i call customer care, they give the same excuse "it will be credited within 3 to 4 working days!" Service ID: 299952909571 Worst experience :(

  Pathetic service you have got @JioCare Provided every detail to your executive along with payment. only thing I demanded was quick installation of wifi and been 6 days and I receive no update. Should I stop working because your executive won't pick up the call, or keep delaying?

  @reliancejio @JioCare I took 30MBS postpaid plan for 6 months in Hyderabad and your Sales person named Rohit Mishra clearly told me that I can upgrade to 100MBPS plan by just making call to customer case and pay upgraded amount but now customer care saying this is not possible.
