@JioCare @JioCare always gives standard replies for past five-six years. No improvement in app issues or network issue. Just enjoying large customer base. JIOCALL app has so many glitches. But no relevant updates. No response to poor reviews on playstore.

@JioCare I am a postpaid user, and jio is charging me twice for platform services, i.e. Rs. 209 more. When I had paid all my bills regularly. @DoT_India I am raising this issue for 5 days, but it is very inefficient service.

@JioCare It is installed, It was mentioned as the installation is free but the service guy who came for installation has charged me 200 rs. Even the sales guy is not bothering about it. It's the worst experience and i won't refer this to anyone.
