@JioCare Your customer care support is pathetic, my jio fiber service is down since yesterday but no one has come till now. Service request number is SR000018SF96. Airtel gets such issues rectified within 1-2 hours. Worst after sales support

@reliancejio the worst broadband service …top 3 reasons why shouldn’t you have one -the connection is down average 3 days a month ,chatbot and self service are piece of old wonder ,call centre is non responsive and if you lucky to get call centre they won’t have your billing
