    @JioCare Very bad service of jio after making annual recharge they are not giving service.. I made complaint 2 time but my internet is not working yet.... And today they are saying the man will be available on 4th of jan.... Whats the hell it is..... 700230063

    @Himrans @reliancejio Plz increase ur jio tower installation at remote area too....for better network.. at my village worst...worst complained many times...they give assurance but no solution...plz...jio we deserve better

    @JioCare @jio ur really letting down by not allowing to call other network of free even loaded with pack # MNP for whole of my family @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is only solution now.

    @JioCare Dear Customer, We are currently experiencing temporary service issues with Jio AirFiber in your area which are expected to be resolved within the next 4 hours. Pincode -505172. Customer care is not even allowing to enter option for any grievance. Ridiculous customer care

    @JioCare Sent you the registered mobile number and jio fibre number. Kindly please check and resolve it. Basically your customer care agents were saying conflicting statement,which shows lack in their professionality. @Jiocar

    The problem remains ever since airfiber was installed at my home. I tweeted about it earlier and somehow it got better in the month of Feb and March and at request of your local team, i took the tweet down. but now again it’s causing problems, working super slow. @JioCare
