    @JioCare @reliancejio from last week ,in our locality, the network connectivity of jio mobile has become really poor. Outgoing Calls are not getting through and people are unable to call our jio numbers. This is really frustrating. Please look into this asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is absolutely Pathetic. The customer care is pointless. JioFiber wifi is not working since 9th of December 2020. Its 16th December, 2020 today, i have called the Customer Care 3 times now and theres no response. Haven’t seen a single person yet to check

    Jio is absolutely horrendous, internet not working for hours, kids school getting affected and their customer care number disconnects you. Free things in life never good and the aren’t free anymore @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

    My Jio Fiber was not working yesterday. I haven't filed any complaint yet I got a call from the customer care that "Sir your internet is not working since morning. We will send you an engineer at your home to fix it." though I wasn't jio fan, still this hit me! @JioCare
