    @JioCare Very bad service of jio after making annual recharge they are not giving service.. I made complaint 2 time but my internet is not working yet.... And today they are saying the man will be available on 4th of jan.... Whats the hell it is..... 700230063

    @JioCare @jio ur really letting down by not allowing to call other network of free even loaded with pack # MNP for whole of my family @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is only solution now.

    "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved. If this problem is not fixed immediately, I do not want this fiber connection anymore and request you to disconnect it." @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup and nobody will answer the call..

    It's been over 1 month since I placed my JioFiber order (LR00001DH34N) and paid ₹807. Your team even called and took an OTP, but after that there has been no installation, no update, and no resolution. How can a customer wait this long for a connection? Please explain. @JioCare

    @JioCare @ASHOBA @JioCare they are lot of other service providers in the market go with them they have very good customer service team jio is useless they don't have any dignity towards their customers the first take money and I don't know where they are now it's been more than 15 days no connect
