@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Is there a procedure to request installation of a tower or signal amplifier for getting connectivity on my sim? My family is moving to the outskirts of Baroda city - and your network doesn't work. Or would it be simpler to just move to @reliancejio?

@JioCare If this happen with one connection, I can assume that may be technical error, but with two, definitely, it is an intentional act that reflects your bad intention i.e. not to refund.

@reliancejio you network is soo bad these days that most of the time I face call drop issue and very slow internet speed. Once my pack validity is over I would now switch to @airtelindia. #jio #Airtel
