@JioCare @ajkumarmishra Sorry to say but same kind of story with @JioCare too. They simply promise to resolve the issue, but they never. It's been months they promised to improve their network coverage at my location and they forgot. Even their customer care too doesnt respnd. really very frustrating.

@JioCare , Your sms claims the outage in our area has been fixed (ref: Service ID 3379612603). However, I still don't have internet connection. The red light on the router is constantly blinking. Could you please help?

@JioCare Pathetic service! I raised complain yesterday morning on Internet issue.Visit was scheduled for yesterday but rescheduled to today due to Unforeseen circumstances. It is not yet resolved! Never expected this kind of service from Jio

@JioCare i have requested for relocation of jio fibre connection on 9th sep.. I got the confirmation from your side for approval of relocation and for visit of engineer.. However till date my requeste has not been entertained. No service engineer has visited my place
