@JioCare Very bad service of jio after making annual recharge they are not giving service.. I made complaint 2 time but my internet is not working yet.... And today they are saying the man will be available on 4th of jan.... Whats the hell it is..... 700230063

@JioCare my jio router stuck with blinking red light since late last night . Browsing is either not working or working at negligible speed(in kbps). All customer care channels be it chat(no agent available), WhatsApp (no one available try later), call(call later)!

@reliancejio -you are the new BSNL of India. customer care won’t connect. sales agents take money without checking if the connection could be made available and then return the same- apparently you don’t have slots intone machine. No ETA and no follow up. Any business ethics?
