@JioCare I'm still waiting and nobody responded to my query till now. My internet is suspended too. When the issue is at your end, why does the customer suffer for such incidents? Support people ask the contact number and then vanish without a reply or callback. Poor service 😒

@airtelindia my internet is down for over 6 days. The service request number is 10158653728. No response after multiple follow ups. If you are not interested to service just remove the connection. There are enough brodband service providers @JioCare

@JioCare Your dedication doesn't show in the service provided. I have raised this complaint 6 days back and still not solved. You have the audacity to close all requests without any solution, don't do lip service; this is utter disregard to the customer who has already paid to the service

@JioCare 7 days gone but still no one resolute the issue. See the careless and lethargic approach. It means that Ambani's making fools public and earn money from them. And jio employees are also lease bothered manner less, cheap and rude towards the customers.
