    @JioCare Jio customer care staffs are being paid 100 for giving customers automated tweets and very proudly writing their name at the end of tweet without providing resolution.

    Complained on 11/06/2021 on JIO customer care for a simple (same city) shifting of the jio wifi connection. Their Engineer didn’t visit (despite countless calls to customer care) YET the complaint’s status is “resolved”! Do you operate from Hogwarts? @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare Hi This call is still unattended . Do you expect internet issues not getting resolved for 4 days in this pandemic times when everyone is working from home. Everyone wants a faster resolution and no one has time to wait for over 4 days for problem not even being attended.

    I regret for porting my number to @ViCustomerCare from @reliancejio. Such a horrible experience, and their Customer support is much more pathetic than their network 😑
