    @reliancejio Though there is full network, I am unable to surf the Internet. Your Internet speed has gone from bad to worst. Please do something, I have to attend my online classes.

    @JioCare please help on my issue... How long will it take..I need to get my issue resolved before 16th of October after that current plan would get dismissed and a yearly plan which has to be revoked, would get activated, so think ... fairly to resolve it soon.

    I'm a CA Intermediate students. I recently recharged two of the @reliancejio sims at my home. The internet only works with average speed at some spots in my house and sometimes doesn't work even there. Was not able to attend any online classes properly yesterday. @JioCare

    @reliancejio Jio customer care harassing by not coming to pick up router for deactivated fiber. Have called everyday for a week, they resolve service request without coming. Frustrated at pathetic service and wasting my time everyday and falsely confirming pick up slot.
