    @Bank_on_Fi @GooglePayIndia @JioCare However I did not received any confirmation from Jio. From 28/03/2023 my postpaid service is suspended. I tried to call jio postpaid customer care, and FI bank along with GooglePay care. However i didn't get any solution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been 3 days since my services has been stopped inspite of doing the monthly payment. And whenever I register complain they cut my call . It's more than 5 times they have cut my call without transferring to someone who can really help me.

    @JioCare @JioCare please stop or cancel my service i am not using it . I had taken 3 month plan and when the plan ended i stopped recharging it i don't know how they converted it into postpaid please @JioCare stop doing this it's my humble request cancel or discontinue my service please.

    @JioCare @JioCare This issue is still not resolved. It's been 3 days since I wrote here. As told earlier, your support engineer is having no clue. Comm'on guys, don't keep customer fooling this much. From last 1 week internet is not working and I've raised 3 service requests
