@reliancejio #JioFiber connection booked on 27.04.22. The installation is being rescheduled since then. Due to the poor planning of the team in laying cables, apartments and residential colonies have been left out of the cable wiring loop and slums have been covered.@JioCare

@JioCare Team said for second STB there will not be doorstep assistance. For any technical issue, I need to carry physical STB to service center. Why do you hide such hidden terms and condition, would not have asked you to cancel my cancellation request.
