    @Dr_HarishGupta @JioCare My mobile no 9670036888 , 9839341075 are also facing connectivity issues when anyone tries to call me it says" no is switched off" I can't make phone calls very often. I have lodged many complaints but never get call back , or resolution.

    And they are send ing the message that they have solved the problem without solving it and when i called again in customer care then the are saying that it will take 4-5 hours .....there is no proper service in jiofiber @JioCare @fiber_jio @MukeshAmba

    @JioCare we call the 198 no for complaints/issues & not to hear our postpaid usage, data balance, validity etc. We have the Jio app for that! Either tell us how to skip this unwanted time consuming IVR or pls stop it from your end! It is frustrating to hear that all the time!

    @reliancejio There is no network of Jio since past 24Hrs in Katrap, Badlapur 421503. Do something to restore the connection. Airtel network has supported in all bad weather of yesterday, Why your network got collapsed?
