Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

@JioCare to give prospective of experience with #JioFiber trial. When I face issue and call customer care, told issue is register but they did not register anything and not share the ticket number!!! customer care lack any technical expertise, just asking to try after some time!

@JioCare i have to port out to @Airtel_Presence due to non availibilty of network in our area. But Airtel is worst and looting people. Want to come back to Jio but sorry no network. Sad state of affair in Capital of India.

@JioCare i want to port my all three numbers to other operator because I gone firtrated from #Jio . No buddy providing network issues solution. Tower distance just 2km but inside home or gali there is no network. I have to go out side from village to talk or data @TRAI

@JioCare +914743550020 - device has been collected in Dec 2020, and refund details resubmitted on Jan 21, 2021. Other than dumb customer service replies nothing else happening. Pls look into it on priority.
