Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

@Shahruk85461020 @JioCare jio don't have enough spectrum for large data usage, it will slow down further, #Port2Vi vodafoneidea good 4G in India, good call quality, better coverage, more importantly you can call customer care of Vi directly and raise your concern.

@JioCare My 3 complete days got wasted completely by then. And after being victimized by your pathetic service when I denied to get the wiring & the installation done, I begged almost 15 people by now to get the refund initiated.

@reliancejio we are the jio users of village potagan,dist-balasore,odisha,756027.2 weeks ago we were happy with jio speed in our village even inside house. But recently jio speed and call quality drops to very low level inside our house even whats app not opening .requested to please fix it .

Till now I haven’t received any single call and internet is still not working From more than 48 hrs. And funniest part is they close my raised ticket and issue still not resolved. Such a pathetic service by @JioCare #JioFiber

@JioCare When will you refund my 2500rs. ? Are you technicaly so weak that you are unable to resolve your technical issues even in 80 days?? How much more time you need? Or are you planning another scheme to cheat India ?
