Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

@reliancejio Jio Giga Internet ID 299350277139 Please cancel my service and refund my amount as soon as possible ... The internet speed is 2 MPBS which is not at all acceptable for 150 MPBS plan ... Technician s are unable to resolve and customer service is pathetic.

@JioCare order id is NO0000GAF38I applied for jio fiber connection on 17 march 2021till today i didnt get jio connection after attempting many efforts on phone call and jio office visit. please solve my matter asap or i will go to consumer forum for this fraud to customer.
