Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

@JioCare Jio sends more annoying messages than spam. For every #DND complaint registered via #TRAI DND app, I receive between 3 to 6 messages from Jio in different languages. PLEASE stop this, you are becoming more annoying than spammers themselves
