    Also plz don't reply that we are working on it & it's due to many people are using Internet on same time and all . If this is the issue , then you better should shut down your company and work on the quality first. Cause we users want what we are paying for ! @JioCare

    Kindly fix speed issue. Executive who visit my location told me he till talk to his superiors and they will fix it even my phone get disconnected now whenever I call your customer care & press 9 to connect .. @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofiberworst SR000015MTXB

    Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

    Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

    @JioCare ohh so you are saying that it is not your slow speed it is hotstar's server mistake that it is slow. But when my neighbour use the same app with airtel they not face any issues like congested or anything. What a reply ,shame on your customer support. @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

    What service is this @reliancejio @JioCare on jioFiber. We have no internet since yesterday. Raising complaint took half an hour [RqID: SR00001IE8OR]. No technician arrived to fix the issue. Local manager (Karthik) says will be fixed by morning (on leave) which is two days gone

    @TechKhaled_ I'm from India Our indigenous Telecom company @reliancejio currently launched 5G and it's unlimited and free yet..with 1Gbps speed.. I'm not facing any problem like heating..on my device..I'm using REALME 9 5G (182.88$) and has MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor..
