Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

@reliancejio @JioCare Why are jio networks becoming very poor? It is pathetic to use jio networks now. At the same place, same condition jio had good networks/speed but now it is too much slow to use it. Parallel to this another operators gives good signal strength & speed.

@JioCare @reliancejio network down since morning in my building, many apartment affected. Raised repeated service calls, but no response due to unavailability of technicians. Technician came to some apartment but did not resolve issue and said backend problem.
