    Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

    Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

    Also plz don't reply that we are working on it & it's due to many people are using Internet on same time and all . If this is the issue , then you better should shut down your company and work on the quality first. Cause we users want what we are paying for ! @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio its not resolve yet .how its unresponsive people in the system and they have to do their own way reschedule .@reliancegroup this is very big issue for if some one is tritnig.

    @JioCare Complaint not resolved till date. Only silly questions asked by Jio customer care executives . There is no network and no calls connected and if connected calls gets dropped and has breaking voices. Net also not available but Jio is least bothered to resolve the issue. Shud Port

    @reliancejio @JioFiber12 @JioCare We have been trying to get our internet services resolved from 2nd Aug. Every time we connect to customer care for this, we are asked to wait for a day or 2 to get it resolved. But no help. Service Request: SR00001CNEG3

    @JioCare 15 Aug- Engineer visited and said he will not be able to fix my issue and asked me to buy a new connection. He repeated the same in May this year and I already alerted the JioFiber local team but still no action taken and he is harrassing customers till date openly
