Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

After failing to get my issues resolved for @reliancejio wifi i would like to point it out here on twitter. We have filed the complaint multiple times everytime you send this guy sunny cheetri (9528556713) who says i only get paid to service till 80m and your wifi is beyond that.

@reliancejio @JioCare I called again at 9:30pm and an executive confirmed that the issue will be fixed with 8 working hours of escalation ticket. So it will be fixed by today noon. Now i get an email saying the issue will fixed with 24th. All i have received is empty promises.

@JioCare continued part 2 I think this is an elaborate scam to not return customer deposit amount and harass the customer once they no longer pay for your service. @TRAI kindly look into this.
