No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.

The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.
