    Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

    @reliancejio jio fibre executive not contacted me against my service request and change status to hold stating consumer request to reschedule, without even contacted me. Is this the newly launched jiofibre service you going to offer,what kind of people have you hired.SR000012EPH4

    Kindly fix speed issue. Executive who visit my location told me he till talk to his superiors and they will fix it even my phone get disconnected now whenever I call your customer care & press 9 to connect .. @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofiberworst SR000015MTXB

    Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

    Very poor customer service.JioFiber installation has been pending for days with no clear timeline. Customer care only gives scripted responses, and no responsible person is available.Accepting orders without having the required equipment is unacceptable. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare 5G works outside my house, but inside there's almost no signal. 4G is very slow, 5G disappears, and calls also have issues. Usually only 1–2 bars. Why pay for a 5G recharge if I can't use it at home? Please fix the indoor coverage.

    @reliancejio @JioCare if you are not able to provide service on time, dont offer the services to customer.. I was chasing since yesterday no response @_MukeshAmbani please look into this. Single Airfiber installation your team took 3 days..

    How many times the connection could not be established??? Its been 4 days and I am being fooled with replies that team is working on?? No proper response no action and most annoying is that no way to contact customer care!!! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare After my complaint on Jio Fiber, received two messages through DM, asking subscription details and contact number! Nothing happened afterwards. Yesterday I visited their office and the security guard took the mobile number & informed he would pass on the message (1)
