Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

@JioCare @reliancejio SR number SR000015K32I. Already 24 hours deadline passed, no technician visited yet. Pathetic customer service as always. Jio fiber new rules: 1. Can't escalate call to managers. 2. Don't share technician details but mislead customer that visit scheduled.
