    Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

    Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

    @JioCare @JioCare Here so many jio users are using like College students, School childrens and WFH, we have raised the complainant from past 2years onwards but still no responce from your end kindly increase the Mobile signal gain or install the new tower in our nearest location

    It's been 2 dayz since my jio number is not working. Will jio now do something for me? even if I message privately nothing happens.. poorest services.. customer jaayai baad mai attitude.. I'm not able to make and receive a call in last 2 days and still no one help me @JioCare @

    @reliancejio @JioCare From month april of last year I am trying to get jio fibre connection at my area but till this point I am getting same reply from your team "We will soon be available in your area." If others can provide service in that location then why can't you?
