Really disappointed with Jio. The quality of the network is getting worst day by day. Internet speed is so slow that you can't even send a text. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. @JioCare is ignoring customer issues. @reliancejio #RelianceJio

Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

@reliancejio Hey, I've 3 Jio fiber conn. at Kolkata. One, which has a prepaid 6 month pack activated but no service. The sevice tech exec, one Sanjiv Gupta, kept promising to look into it but hasn't turned up for the last 8weeks. Very poor after sales service. Please resolve ASAP

@JioCare Everytime its same problem with jio network.I am not living in village I am in posh location so please dont give reasons for external factors. Accept your services are not good & you are giving low speed which does not match with 4G.All customers are paying for4G plan not for 2G.
