    Presently @reliancejio is the worst network. Specially 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. No calls connecting and Internet services is disaster. @JioCare doesn't have solution they will keep asking your details only and End with a statement, they are working on it.

    @reliancejio jio service are really worst.they become king once you recharge and if u ask for query they will not resolve.I didn't get internet since last four days even after so many complaints SR00001DQYZZ but no updates and even not bother to resolve because jio got payment.

    @JioCare since last three days Wifi is not working and three times committed service schedule was defaulted without even intimating. Do you guys think such services we will keep tolerating because You are Reliance??? Not even sharing technician’s number who is scheduled to visit

    @reliancejio I have raised a relocation request 4 times and every time it is getting cancelled. I contacted your support and after their instructions I have submitted it again but it was cancelled. The connection is in my name, I am sending my original aadhar. Help please

    @JioCare Just got off the phone with Aitrel Fiber team and their offers look interesting too. Please let me know if Jio se na hopayega. The experience so far is horrible enough, I would be happy to switch.
