    @JioCare But when? Who call? In past I know yr service well. I faced a problem with jio mobile data issue and that still one month no one can solve. So this time I want proper solution and also fast. Everytime u reply me in twit this one that one contact you. But in last no one contact me

    I am continuously reaching out to the customer care team but have not been provided any resolutions I have 4 working from home and all of us have been on leave If I calculate the per day wages, 2 day's total would be around 50K INR 4 Hrs SLA, worst service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio too bad support. Have uninstalled the service of jio fiber last month.Modems and setup boxes has been surrendered to the jio rep however till date money is not returned. Have been calling jio customer care and they promise to refund in 24 hrs but no luck
