I am experiencing a very pathetic service of Jio network even though mobile tower is just over my head .Everyday i loose network once dr is a powercut & it is being experienced quite alot a day around 4-5 hrs/day.One side we are promoting WFH & otherhand loosing network.@JioCare

I dont think #Jio is really being helpful to made me work in such kind of pandemic. Please look dt issue seriously as we are loosing network . We are paying alot to get these services but still being disappointed. @reliancejio @TRAI Place : Badarka , Unnao

@JioCare As per your statement the internet speed is dependent on the number of users using internet at the same place at the same time right? So do i have to switch network to align with the right service provider then? Who have a less fan base.

@JioCare Don't thank people just provide them proper services. Users have to wait till mid night so that they can use internet coz during whole day internet is just for name. Even lowest quality videos are buffering. So if jio really want to thank people then it has to improve its service

@JioCare Hi, I recently submitted port request from VI to JIO in Ghaziabad. It's been a week, person Sharad 090273 99807 says I am coming but he never comes neither takes calls. I have never experienced JIO services and would expect all people are not unprofessional like him.
