I am experiencing a very pathetic service of Jio network even though mobile tower is just over my head .Everyday i loose network once dr is a powercut & it is being experienced quite alot a day around 4-5 hrs/day.One side we are promoting WFH & otherhand loosing network.@JioCare

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare today i received a call from your end regarding recharge of my jio no. and your executive talk to me in very unprofessional manner. I nvr imagine @reliancejio hire such unprofessional people. He don't even know how to speak with customer.

@JioCare Stop with the automated messages and send an actual engineer if you really care. Worst company. Airtel representative already did an area check and promised internet by tomorrow. You cant even send an engineer for repair. Shame.
