    I am experiencing a very pathetic service of Jio network even though mobile tower is just over my head .Everyday i loose network once dr is a powercut & it is being experienced quite alot a day around 4-5 hrs/day.One side we are promoting WFH & otherhand loosing network.@JioCare

    @JioCare The technician was supposed to visit on 2nd March at 12 pm. Now it is 2 nd March 8:30 pm. No body has bothered to call or visit to rectify the problem. Customer service is pathetic.
