I am experiencing a very pathetic service of Jio network even though mobile tower is just over my head .Everyday i loose network once dr is a powercut & it is being experienced quite alot a day around 4-5 hrs/day.One side we are promoting WFH & otherhand loosing network.@JioCare

Hello @JioCare My uncle has just installed jio fiber. They are shifting to different location. He wants to return the fiber. If he returns the fiber within 30 days of installation, how much will he get in refund? He paid Rs. 1500 while installing. Please Help ASAP.

Request for port in to JIO postpaid and got call 5 times stating that they have got the inquiry for prepaid and every time they promise someone will connect for postpaid and it never happen … if @JioChat @reliancejio @JioCare is not interesting in selling postpaid in Mumbai
