I am experiencing a very pathetic service of Jio network even though mobile tower is just over my head .Everyday i loose network once dr is a powercut & it is being experienced quite alot a day around 4-5 hrs/day.One side we are promoting WFH & otherhand loosing network.@JioCare

On 04/07 called up the customer care again and highlighted that no one turned up till date. Again appointment scheduled at 5 pm on 04/07, no call was received and no communication from their end. @JioCare better close that Jio finer app, it just creates requests, no action.
